This was our second family visit to this awesome house! We all love it! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything is very comfortable! The kitchen/living room/dining room area is perfect! Can’t wait to book our next visit!

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, and only a couple blocks from Lake Erie!

Well cared for, roomy, well equipped, nice neighborhood.

Awesome weekend with family

My grandsons graduation was held at the park around the corner from the house, awesome location. We had family staying with us and visiting, such an outstanding location and great house to have family gather together. Will definitely be back !!!

Christmas family gathering

My family and my brother’s family stayed in this beautiful home for our Christmas family gathering. The home was comfortable and inviting. It was spacious enough for the Christmas gathering 11 people. It was the perfect home for us to have our short vacation to celebrate with family. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great getaway spot during winter

Our stay at Tim's place was very relaxed and enjoyable. There was more than enough space for the whole family to enjoy both together and apart. Tim made sure everything we would need was stocked in the pantry and we did not have any wants or needs during our stay. A+, will stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay

Our family with adult children had a wonderful stay at Tim’s. It was large enough that we all had space, but cozy enough to feel like home. Everything was clean and well organized. The lake close by was icing on the cake. We would definitely stay next time we visit the area.

Great house!

An excellent house had everything (and more) that we needed for my extended family to have a great weekend. We had a large group and there was plenty of space, bathrooms, beds, etc. for us. The property was very well maintained and the location is excellent for a quick walk to the beach and near a bunch of local attractions. Would absolutely look to stay here again next time.

Great family getaway

This was a great place to stay. House is beautiful. Tim was very flexible and polite to work with. Easy access to beach, lake, wineries and pier. There were no large crowds to content with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great home to relax and have fun

Our family found this property a great place to get together and relax. You could go and explore the area, enjoy the lake close by (5 minutes) away. Could just stay and enjoy the space of the property. The owner was very pleasant and wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. When we travel to the area again, we’ll be sure to see if this home is available. Great stay.

We had 8 women and it was great. Everything we needed was there. Great location to the beach.

Eclipse trip

Very nice neighborhood close to the lake shore and a nice park. This comfortable home has lots of space and anything you might need. We enjoyed our stay. The owner promptly and kindly responded when asked for information. This was an off season stay. This place is perfect for the summer.

Great house & host!

This house was very spacious and clean. Tim thought of everything you would need in a vacation home - comfy furniture, lots of seating & table space, great backyard , game closet for the evenings and central a/c, among other things. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & dinnerware. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

A nice weekend retreat

We had a nice weekend getaway here. The house was clean. Each bedroom had an air conditioner unit. We made good use of the yard and the grill, despite a little rain. And we enjoyed a visit some local wineries

This house was built by my grandparents and my mother and her siblings grew up in it. Actually, me and my siblings kind of did too as we lived just down the street. My Grandmother was forced to sell the house in 1998 as she relocated down south. I always told her I would get it back in the family one day. Twenty years later it came back to the market and I bought it back. It is a beautiful house with so many wonderful memories!!!
