Walk 300 yards to the ocean beach at the end of the street. (you can see the water from the house). The home features four bedrooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 bedrooms downstairs, one & half baths, A/C, large living room, enclosed sun room, eat in kitchen area with tile flooring plus a seperate dining area. There is a picnic area outside & an outside enclosed shower with hot & cold water. The home is well kept & clean and is located in the mid Cape area close to great beaches, prestaurants, movie theater, & Sundae School ice cream and the ... Something for everyone!

There is a Park across the street with walking trails, tennis courts, gardens & a small playground area for children..

Property was comfortable and as advertised. We truly enjoyed our stay, home was spacious and airy with short walk to beach and close to local restaurants and attractions. Host was welcoming, friendly and responded very quickly to texts. Check-in was a breeze and kitchen was clean and stocked with everything needed! Rooms were a good size and ac kept place very cool!

Best location

This house and Michelle are very inviting. The location cannot be beat, steps to beach, close to shops, and the house has a pool. We have stayed with Michelle before and plan to come back.

Nice Location

Owner Michele was most accommodating, the Checkin process was easy. House is an easy 5 minute walk to a very quiet Beach, shared with only handful of other guests staying at other nearby motels. Swimming pool is very clean though bit on the small side but was perfect for our grandkids. We rented the 4-bedroom house for one week, for our grown daughters, husband and 5 grandchildren, who live in Andover, MA and Walpole, MA. Plenty of kitchen cookware, and a nice outside gas grill. Our grandkids loved the outdoor wooden swing set. Nice playground area again for young kids. Very quiet neighborhood and felt perfectly safe. Few outdated pieces of living room furnitures, looked out of place. But strictly cosmetic. New rugs. Nice sun room. Bedrooms with twin bed comforters for children were colorful and bright. Owner Michele lives close by, so again was very accommodating to couple of our needs. We would stay there again. Thank you, Michele Glenn and Lynda (Tucson, Arizona)

Wonderful vacation

A lovely vacation

We loved staying here. The location was great, the kids loved having the choice between the pool and the beach and we were so happy to be able to have our dogs come with us! Michele was super friendly and helpful.

Cape Get Away

Easy check in, all the essentials (bring your own linens/towels) and great location. Kids loved the pool and outside set up to grill and sit. Easy walk to the beach. Great park across the street to walk the dog. We took full advantage of walking distance to Sundae School!

Perfect family spot

This house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool , we spent most of our afternoons there. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and didn’t have that musty smell that many rentals have. Michel was great.

Location, Location, Location!

This property was in a perfect location for our family! We are a family with 2 kids and a dog so the short walk to the beach, private pool, playground, and dog park was ideal. There were also plenty of good restaurants, small shops, and ice cream within walking distance. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having the main bath on the first floor worked out well because my parents and Godmother were with us and have difficulty with stairs due to arthritis. The owner was very attentive and helpful with local information. We enthusiastically recommend this property!

Great location, Perfect for a family

We stayed here for one week with 5 adults and 2 children. It is perfect with walking distance to the beach, pool access, playground across the street, walking distance to great restaurants. The house was clean, well equipped with whatever we needed. Michelle was very helpful, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this!

Our family has been renting the house for the past six years and we will continue. We love the house, the pool and the location. It is so clean we never have to worry when we move in...The owner has been doing updates & the park is across the street and is great for my kids.

Lovely home - great location - fabulous pool!

We have rented this home many times... it's spacious and impeccably clean. The owner is constantly updating the home - just recently with new paint in the kitchen. You can see the beach from the front yard, have access to a great salt-water pool and is across the street from a park. Love the neighbors and location and certainly plan to be back! I have also brought my elderly Mom with me and the house is very accomodating for us with 2 bedrooms & bath downstairs. All in all - a great spot!!!
