Only a 5 minute drive to Sandy Neck Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Barnstable for a local coffee shop, market, and restaurants, and a 20 minute drive to bustling Hyannis. Historic Rt. 6A offers retail shops and restaurants along a scenic route through all Cape Cod has to offer for your vacation.

We had a great time staying at Karl's Landing. The house just as pictured, in fact many of the rooms were larger in person than in the photos.

Wonderful vacation home!! The house was a great size for our 8 adults and 8 children. The kids loved the private back yard. The parking was good. We all loved Sandy Neck Beach and had perfect weather. Amari’s, Sweet Tomatoes Pizza and Fishermen’s View were great suggestions by the host. Everyone enjoyed the deck and the spacious living room and dining area. We would definitely be interested in staying again.
