This quaint family homestead is situated on 11 acres with a babbling brook and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee from our 3 season porch or relax in the evening on the patio around the gas fire pit. Just minutes down the hill in the quaint town of Warrensburg, you can find several grocery stores, coffee shops, antiques and parks along the Schroon River. Lake George Village is 10-minutes away, with plenty of fun and entertainment for the entire family.

1st floor features an eat-in kitchen that seats 4 comfortably, cozy living room, full bath, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, washer & dryer. Three season enclosed front porch. Open deck. Ground level patio. Generous off street parking.

2nd floor features 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen and one Twin.

In an effort to be transparent with our guests, we are happy to announce that we are adhering to strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols. As part of the VRBO/HomeAway family, we are doing our part to provide a clean, safe environment before, during and after your stay. Contactless check-in/check-out procedures are available and encouraged.

For those looking for winter accommodations, you'll find this Cozy ski getaway has a perfect central location. 25 minutes to Gore Mountain. 20 minutes to West Mountain. 10 minutes to Lake George Village, Winter Carnival and Ice Bars. Bring your snowshoes and step out the door to miles of private back-country trails or let the kids spend the afternoon sledding down the perfect back yard hill!

The home was cozy and welcoming. Thouroughly enjoyed the grounds and location. Only disappointment was the fire ban in place for the state of New York. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the well supplied and very organized fire pit area.

Relax and enjoy

We had a wonderful staycation at this location and would love to go back again sometime. We would highly recommend this place for its private location and comfort. Our family enjoyed the property, cooking outside on the deck, camp fires and much more.

We have stayed at a lot of rentals this one was outstanding.Very Clean with comfortable furniture. The bedrooms are set up for families.Comfortable beds Queen beds not full beds, are a definite bonus .The outdoor areas and outdoor furniture are plentiful and well maintained. The house is quiet you don’t hear everything once the bedroom door is shut. Laney was excellent to communicate with . It’s a win win .

Wonderful house with a view!

The house was exactly as described and is about 10-15 minutes from Lake George village, which is where we spent most of our time. The view in the back of the house is awesome and the brook is a very peaceful added touch! We really enjoyed our trip and the house!

Very comfortable stay

The property was as described. It was quiet and peaceful. Our dogs loved running on the large property. The beds were very comfortable. Property was conveniently located to Lake George and water activities. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Had a really good stay at this home. I coordinated early on with the owner about having our dog during the stay. Which worked out for us. The home is exactly as described, and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Short 30 minute drive to Gore mountain where we ski'd all week. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Mountain getaway

This was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at. Plenty of space for my family of 9. Nice big yard with hiking trails and a stream. Very quiet. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and check in and out was a breeze

Great home for a short trip

House was clean and perfect prior to our arrival. Host Laney was great. Enjoyed being outside most of the time and kids had a great time playing in the big backyard. Both firepits in the backyard were great. My daughter was on the swing in the backyard reading books while I was making barbecue on the deck. Great house

Perfect House for Ski Weekend

The house was perfect for family of five on a ski vacation. It is big enough and comfortable enough for 2 families. Our big boys loved having the upstairs to themselves. The little guy loved having his own bunk room across from our room. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow in the large backyard. The 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain was easy. We found some great restaurants in Warrensburg. We loved our stay and we'll definitely stay again.

Peaceful location, perfect layout, precious memories.

My family brought my almost 87 year old mom to this home. We brought our own ramp to get her in the house and everything on the first floor including the porch was easy to navigate with her walker. The bunk bed with the larger bed on the bottom was perfect for her since she is under 5 ft. My sister stayed in the larger bedroom downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs was perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The outside was so peaceful. You can share time together or apart due to patio, back deck and enclosed porch. A couch on the enclosed porch would be my only suggestion. Great place for an afternoon nap. We hope to return.

Great Home and yard, wonderful week

Absolutely perfect experience!

Our group of college friends planned a one-week get-together at Lake George this summer, and our stay at this property made for an absolutely perfect experience! The bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the common areas are absolutely perfect for group activities! The property is very large, with plenty of space between neighbors, making it absolutely perfect for fun outdoor fun! The owner was extremely accommodating, and helpful in making our stay the best that it could possibly be. You will absolutely not regret booking here!!

Clean and Comfortable

It’s a nice four bedroom, two bathroom house with plenty of space for guests. The decor is a little dated, but it is very comfortable and clean. There very few of the usual condiments, spices, toiletries that I have found in most VRBOs I have stayed in, but there is plenty of hot water, towels, pots, and pans, etc.

Nice house

Property was located in nice location and open space looks very nice. Inside house could use better lighting. More instructions from owner talking about activities around property could have been useful. Also grill was out of gas while we were cooking chicken and fire starters could have come handy to start nice looking fireplace.
