This ski-in, ski-out 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom townhouse is the perfect place to come home to after a day on the mountain or enjoying everything else that Breckenridge has to offer! It also allows you to take a break during the day to rest, have lunch or apres ski and avoid the crowded lodge.

Our spacious home has 3 levels of living space so your group can spread out with plenty of room for everyone. It even has a game room in the basement with darts, board games, cards and a Wii so the kids (or adults!) can have a fun evening together after their day of adventure on the hill.
Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain/ski hill from the living room while you curl up in front of the fireplace or watch a movie or sporting event on the 65" television. Our home has free Wifi and cable tv. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the basement so you can pack less and have dry ski clothes! Place your boots by the radiant heater in the garage for dry, warm boots every day!
There is a heated garage as well as a driveway spot to accommodate 2 vehicles. To get to the ski hill, simply walk (or ski) about 30 yards to the trail to 4 O’Clock Run and you are on your way!
Downtown Breckenridge is only a 4 minute drive away (1.4 miles) or hop on the free shuttle via the bus stop .4 miles away (~6 minute walk).

Layout:
Bedroom 1: Upstairs. King bed and en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed and full bathroom in hallway.
Bedroom 3: Main floor. Queen bed, balcony and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Basement. Bunk beds (sleeps 4) and full bathroom.
Another 1/2 bath is on the main floor.

Don't feel like skiing/riding? Try snowshoeing! 4 pairs of snowshoes are available in the unit (for free). Snowshoe up/down the hill behind our property or drive to many trails in Breckenridge that are free to the public. Or walk to the Nordic Center just down the street with miles of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowcat adventure tours (go to www.breckenridgenordic.com for info on trail pass purchase and rentals).

There are also so many beautiful, wooded hiking trails within walking distance of the house. Or you can take a short drive to hike a 14er (14-thousand foot peak). You can also bike the gorgeous Summit County bike trail along the Blue River from Breckenridge to Frisco. Stop and have lunch or shop while in Frisco and then make your way home. Or, for the advanced mountain biker, try the Mountain Bike Adventure Park (free) just up the hill from our house. You can bring your own bike or rent one in town.
