Trehill Holiday Cottages is an idyllic lakeside holiday cottage complex in Callington, SE Cornwall. With tons to do on site + hot tubs in all cottages, you will never be short of options. Please note total occupancy is limited to 19 adults plus two children.

Renting these cottages for a group/family get-together is a great idea. The largest cottage, Gulliver is big enough for everyone to meet up in. But having other cottages where some guests can return to (all with full facilities) can be very stress-relieving!

Trehill has a Stunning hilltop location in the heart of the Tamar Valley with free on-site fishing & great leisure facilities!

When you arrive at Trehill cottages, you know you have arrived at a special place. Gorgeous converted farm buildings, 4 sunny acres of beautiful grounds & a plateau location with views far afield over the Cornish countryside.

There are 3 adjacent cottages, sleeping up to 19. Your price includes...
Gulliver Cottage (6 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms)
Gulliver has 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 on its own in 3 double & 3 twin rooms. Gulliver also has an extra large table seating up to 20 at any one time. Large lounge with plenty of seating and a wood burning stove. There is also a separate conservatory and a hot tub (extra charge for the hot tub).

Lakeside cottage - 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (sleeps 5)
Lakeside is a spacious cottage with a lovely first floor balcony and large hot tub.

Owls Roost 1+ bedrooms sleeping 2 adults & 2 children aged 6-13
Owls Roost has a downstairs en-suite double bedroom and a child's "Roost" room accessed by ladder-style steps. Owls Roost also has a wood burner and optional hot tub

You can reduce the price by reducing the number of cottages. Just ask us for under-occupancy pricing.

All of the cottages have their own hot tubs (there is an extra charge for these). There are also two fishing ponds, games room, outdoor pool (summer only), and our own mini "football pitch". The grounds and "common areas" such as the games room, are shared with the neighbouring Long Barn cottages.

A major draw are our two fishing lakes well stocked with Carp, Mirror carp and Tench. The fish are in excellent shape as we do not accept non residents for fishing. Top weights go up to 17lbs.

Games room - recently refurbished with indoor and outdoor table tennis, Pool table, air hockey & table football. All free to use. The games room is shared with our neighbouring Long Barn cottages as are the grounds and fishing.

There is also a family friendly swimming pool. Being quite shallow (dimensions 80cm deep x7m long x 4m wide) it is perfect for a relaxing dip. The permanent dome keeps it clean and much warmer than normal for an outdoor pool. It is shared with only one other cottage, so will be available for you for almost all of the day.

The Trehill estate consists of the 3 Trehill cottages included in the price, plus our 2 bedroom Lilliput cottage & our 3 Long Barn cottages. The pool is shared with Lilliput only. The grounds and games room are shared with the Long Barn cottages.

Please note that this property does not accept under 21(age) groups at all. Hen & Stag parties are only acceptable with prior agreement.
