Proprietà conforme allo annuncio. Zona tranquilla a 500 metri dal centro. Ospiti discreti gentili e attenti. Vacanza perfetta.

Sono stati ospiti cortesi e gentili che hanno apprezzato gli spazi che la casa offre come anche le bellezze di San Foca e del Salento. È stato un piacere per noi conoscerli, rispettosissimi della casa li consigliamo vivamente.

Un sejour impeccable et une mer superbe.

La villa était dans un état impeccable, d'une propreté très soigné et équipée avec climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine Nespresso, plaques induction et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine y-inclus des produits du terroir. l'emplacement à 50m. de la mer et à 300m. du centre ville et du port de San Foca est parfait pour bronzer sur les plages, nager et faire du snorkeling. San Foca a des très bons restos et à quelques kilomètre on peut joindre les autres belles plages des Pouilles et visiter les jolies villes de Lecce et Gallipoli entre autres. Un séjour inoubliable, merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueuil.

Excellent séjour, maison agréable et très bon emplacement.

Des propriétaires extrêmement gentils, aux petits soins pour nous ...avec en prime un panier garni à notre arrivée et un très beau gâteau offert au cours de notre séjour....vraiment très appréciable...maison propre, très agréable à 9 personnes. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la région qui est superbe. Plage à côté ainsi que petits commerces. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement.

Site et hôtes exceptionnels

Cette grande maison est située à proximité des plus belles plages des Pouilles. Nous avons apprécié le beau jardin, le BBQ extérieur et le grand patio où nous avons dégusté la plupart de nos repas. Les hôtes ont été très attentionnés et nous ont même aidé à récupérer un de nos bagages égaré.

Villetta bellissima e funzionale a pochi metri dal bellissimo mare e dal centro del paese. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, molto premurosi. Vacanza da ripetere.

Una bella vacanza in un bellissimo posto gestito con gentilezza e disponibilità

L'abitazione ha rispecchiato le nostre attese, abbiamo trovato un ambiente pulito ed accogliente. Molto utile la presenza della cucina a piano terra e del portico sotto al quale abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e cena. I letti sono in buone condizioni, così come i bagni e in generale gli ambienti. Gentilissimi i padroni di casa, disponibili per le nostre esigenze e richieste. Unica pecca, la presenza del giardino... bellissimo, tenuto benissimo, ma portatore di qualche zanzara in più delle nostre aspettative. Nulla di grave comunque, nel complesso un posto in cui torneremo quasi di sicuro.

Spazi confortevoli e posizione ottima

Proprietari assolutamente gentili e disponibili, in ogni momento. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Grazie all'aria condizionata, spazi esterni e giardino si sta bene anche nei giorni piu' caldi. Ottimo anche il barbecue, il posto auto interno e la vicinanza alle spiagge.

Ottima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in 11 persone occupando entrambi gli appartamenti. La sistemazione si è rivelata adatta a tutte le nostre esigenze. Il giardino ha permesso ai bambini di giocare in libertà e sicurezza. Zona tranquilla e poco distante dal mare. Gli accessi alla spiaggia sabbiosa sono a 200 mt circa. Il paese risulta facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie anche alla disponibilità del proprietario attento alle nostre richieste. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione nel caso dovessimo ritornare.
