Cottage in white Perigord of 140 m2 located on the edge of wood in the town of Douzillac. With private swimming pool 10X4 m reserved for the only holiday makers of the Cottage.
This cottage includes:
- Bedroom 1 upstairs with 1 bed 160 and a bed 90
- bathroom bath, toilet on the floor
- Mezzanine upstairs with a drawer bed sleeps 2 90
- Bedroom 2 on the ground floor with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3 on the ground floor with 1 bed 140
- A shower room
- A living room with 2 sofas leather TV, wifi, Piano, WC
- Dining room with open kitchen: Gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and various small equipment
- Washing machine and dryer
- Outside: Swimming pool 10X4 (2.20m, 0.8) located at 50 m in a fenced area with trampoline, water point and refrigerator in a shed.
In front of the house, covered terrace with barbecue and bread oven, table and chair for outdoor meals.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la location de Florence, qui est une hôtesse très sympathique. La maison a du charme, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est vraiment agréable et au calme. La piscine a également été appréciée par petits et grands ! La localisation permet de rayonner dans plusieurs villages et sites touristiques intéressants.

An amazing week in Douzillac!

We had a wonderful week in the countryside of white Perigord. The beautiful rural house was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The children always had something to do; playing in the swimming pool for hours; ping pong or cycling around the quiet forest paths by the house (the owners kindly allowed us to use their bikes). It is very tranquil and beautiful here with deer coming up to the property in the morning. The house had everything we needed and we all slept really well with comfortable beds. We enjoyed eating outside every day on the long table. There are many delights to explore in the area and we loved the lush countryside around, the markets and delicious food, kayaking on the Dordogne - seeing the turquoise dragon flies and sparkling river, the stunning multitude of castles and fine buildings and of course, the incredible pre-historic caves. The area is packed full of history and we enjoyed being in a slightly quieter away from the more touristy areas. We appreciated the generosity of the owners in leaving us local wine and biscuits on our arrival. Florence and her husband were very accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend this property and we would love to come again.
