Truly perfection! This place is pristine, beautiful, in a perfect location, and fully loaded. Amazing hosts. We loved every moment and hope to be back next year
We were here to drop my son of for his first year of college and had an amazing stay. There was more than enough room for our party of 7 adults and the space is very nicely appointed with everything we needed. The host recommendations were great to. We would definitely stay again.
Great location is the Rattlesnake. Modern well supplied. Was perfect for a work/vacation week. Communication with host was good, even as we damaged an item that had to be replaced.
The house was beautifully decorated with modern appliances. It had all the touches of home with a well stocked game cabinet for all ages and the perfect amount of space for large groups. The house was in a quiet location, but a short driving distance to area attractions. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
We enjoyed our family holiday stay. House was very warm and comfortable. Communication with local manager was great. Rattlesnake is just a few minutes from downtown.
The house worked perfectly for our group of 4 family & friends meeting up for a fishing trip. Comfortable beds and great communication & directions for access. We would love to book for our trip next year.
Thank you!
Great home in a very convenient location to everything in Missoula! Plenty of room for my toddler and infant to play, and we were pleased to find a like-new pack-n-play to use. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Thank you Aubrey, we would love to have you all back anytime. Thanks so much!
Very clean and nice, location okay but not within walking distance of much. House is pretty but spent most of our time on front porch while the kids played on the sidewalk. Zero yard and as pretty as it was, the furniture wasn’t very Bunk room was great for the kids
The Property is modern and I have never stayed at a place that is as completely provisioned as this one. All the adults agreed that we would happily stay here again. Plenty of room and three bathrooms. Short walk through an amazing neighborhood with large Ponderosa Pines to a full park and a short walk to a small market that also had a sit down area where you could order wine and on some nights a meal. The only draw
We stayed at this home with extended family. The home exceeded our expectations and has all the extra touches that most VRBO's do not. They did not skimp and we appreciated this. Not having to buy toilet paper goes a long way when you are on vacation. The house was immaculate, beautiful decor, had all the important amenities and appeared well cared for. Would absolutely stay here again!
Nice house with nice looking decor. Fireplace didn’t work; was told it was due for repair but only after I asked what we were doing wrong to turn on. I always appreciate when hosts offer ahead of time. Unfortunately it was a snowy cold weekend and the ambiance of a fire would have been appreciated and was looked forward to. Beds comfortable, all door hinges really squeaked badly and we were looking for WD40!! Nice office for morning coffee.
Property was great! Clean and everything in order. We found everything we needed for the entire stay. Kitchen was well stocked (we cook in a lot). Property manager friendly and responsive.
Just being able to walk out the back door and watch the sunset was amazing. The house was better then we even expected. We had plenty of room for everyone, just wish there had been some additional seating in the living room for our group of folks to all congregate together. We would all stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We have stayed at this property before and it was even better than before. The first time it was clean and beautiful but it lacked some items that we feel are needed at a VRBO such as zip lock bags, cling wrap, garbage bags and tissues. This time we brought all of it along and absolutely everything was there. We were there to enjoy a 3 day long basketball tournament, along with our adult children and 3 grandkids. The set up is perfect, the grands could go to sleep while the rest of us could stay up and play games. There is cookware and all the utensils you need. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well. We have stayed in many VRBO's and the reviews all say how clean they are--our view of clean is if the floor boards have been dusted, the lamps have been dusted, behind the doors have been vac'd and there is not grime on the walls and light switches. Everyone took their shoes off at the door (as we do in our own home) as to keep everything as clean as when we got there. This home is CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend this home to anyone who will value this property for the amazing home that it is.
Perfect location for us to stay near family. Spacious house with lots of sleeping areas. Driveway was difficult to manage as it is short and there was a snowdrift when we arrived. We found a shovel and cleared half of the driveway that night. The driveway was plowed in the morning after communicating with the owner. FYI, a few cupboard doors are sprung which did not bother us but want the owner to know so it can be addressed. Thanks for the great accommodations in the Rattlesnake.
This home was perfect for my sister, me and our kids. The "camp" room in the basement is great for cousins, and the location was fun to explore.
Brian has the home well set up for families. We hope to come back next year for a longer visit!

What makes this property unique
The Rattlesnake neighborhood is the perfect location for a stay in Missoula - and indeed Western Montana. Only ten minutes from Missoula Airport, and nestled in the valley at the base of Mount Jumbo, the home is less than 2 miles to either downtown Missoula and the University, or in the opposite direction to the Rattlesnake Trailhead - the entrance to thousands of acres of untouched National Forest. We're also only walking distance from the awesome Rattlesnake Market - (great lunches and dinners and weekend breakfasts - and the spot to get all your essentials) and only a short stroll to beautiful Greenough Park.
Missoula has so much to offer at any time of the year. Not only does it have great shopping, restaurants, arts, culture, and the University, the opportunity for outdoor activity is boundless. There's hiking and biking on safe and family friendly paths around town, mountain-biking on maintained back-country trails, horseback riding, peaceful tube floating on the river or whitewater rafting, surfing on Brennan's wave in town and, of course, some of the best trout fishing in the world is right on your doorstep. There's four blue ribbon trout waters within immediate access - the Bitterroot, the Clark Fork, Rock Creek and the Blackfoot, made famous by Norman Maclean's 'A River Runs Through It'. If you're looking to spend some time on the water, we can put you in touch with the best guides in Montana - just ask Brian.
In winter, there's Snowbowl ski area only 20 minutes away and a number of other bigger mountains all within an hour or two. Have a soak in one of the regions natural hot springs after a day on the mountain before heading to one of Missoula's restaurants, bars or music venues.
