The Loft Downtown is your home away from home. Located Downtown Walsenburg just off the I-25 Corridor, Highway 85/87, along Highway 10, and 2 blocks from Highway 160 and conveniently located within walking distance to Coffee Shops, dining, groceries, shopping, banking, and entertainment. Located above the famous Crafty Canary Brewery and completely renovated in June of 2019 with an industrial yet modern chic decor you will love!

The space
Loft #2 includes a Queen Size bed overlooking the historic buildings of Downtown Walsenburg. Complete with a flat-screen TV, High-Speed Internet, 200 TV Channels, Netflix and Hulu. A separate sitting area with an additional TV and convertible couches which is perfect additional guests, workspace, reading a book, or just simply relaxing with a cup of coffee brewed at your own private coffee nook complete with a microwave and mini-fridge. This loft includes a private bathroom with a rainfall glass shower and lighted mirror. The Lofts include access to the Conference Room/Dining Room, Custom Kitchen and large Living Room great for groups or entertaining.

Great Stay in Walsenberg!

Very nice, clean property! The beds were very comfy! Plenty of towels and the showers had nice water pressure! Only suggestion would be to have a better pillow-- :) Jessica was fantastic with her communication!

Great location in town

The property was very clean and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was portable air conditioner in wall. It kept falling out, though taped to wall, was very loud as well. But at least the room stayed cool enough. The steps up to the room are steep, in case that is a concern for you. The giant communal kitchen area was wonderful. Glad this property is available in Walsenburg.

Beautiful property

This property is beautifully done. We were leary of a communal kitchen area, but it is absolutely beautiful. We hardly saw anyone else. It would be great to have a group all stay here. We had a family graduation at a nearby state park and it was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Love The Lofts

Great place to stay! My family stayed a week at the Lofts over Christmas Break. Love the location on Main Street because it's right in the middle of everything and you can walk to several shops and places to eat. The common area is great for cooking a meal and eating with your family or just hanging out and watching TV. The communication with the property manager is wonderful. If you have any problems or questions, she responds quickly to messages and makes sure all of her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. We will definitely be staying here again. With 5 separate units and a central common area (living room, kitchen & dinning room) would make this the perfect place for several families to vacation together or a small family reunion.

Walsenburg trip

The space was spotless! Loved the natural light from the windows. The suite is private. Very quiet. The common area was perfect for my daughter, who was working at the desk virtually. We used the kitchen to warm up leftovers. Everything was perfect. Probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever had.

Enjoyed the town of Walsenburg and the quaintness of this property. I highly recommend this for the perfect get away from busy life and noise. Located in close walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Take advantage of this great place that is close to golfing, fishing, and wildlife/scenic views.
