This beautiful apartment is in a secure residence, quiet and has a parking space privatized and numbered.

The residence Richelieu beach has a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of Cape Town, the sandy beach Richelieu located a hundred meters on foot.
You will also appreciate the green spaces near the residence with a body of water, as well as the proximity of the shops and animations of the mail of Rochelongue.

The crossing flat, in rez of garden of 28m2, equipped and bright, is exposed East / West.
It has a small terrace and an enclosed garden. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, tables, chairs, sideboard, TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful kitchen with gas + electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.
A separate bedroom with a double bed, with access to the small outdoor garden exposed EST, consisting of a pleasant wooden terrace.
A bathroom (shower), as well as a separate toilet with a washing machine left available.
A loggia is also present at the entrance of the apartment also having a sofa bed 2 people.
You can enjoy its brightness while staying out of the sun with awning and umbrella.
Deckchairs allow you to relax in the back of the apartment.

We had a lovely time here! The hosts were so kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy, and the location by the beach was fantastic. It would be great if the listing could mention that wifi, sheets, and towels are not available, as this would be very useful information for international guests.

Cette petite location est bien située pour la plage. Pour les boutiques il y a l'essentiel pour se ravitailler à proximité. Les 3 grands couchages quand on est des adultes sont très appréciables à rapport à beaucoup de locations avec toujours des lits superposés. Manque un pti four qui serait un plus agréable quand on veut faire gratinés ou autre. Les personnes qui nous accueille sont sympathiques. Petit mot pour les autres personnes qui louent se serait bien si chacun faisait le ménage correctement avant de rendre les lieux.

Appartement très bien équipé et très proche de la plage. Pas de bruit de voiture. Un petit bémol : Pas de lits séparés pour les enfants, ils doivent dormir ensemble. Point soumis aux propriétaires car pas génial quand l'un d'eux est trop petit pour rester en place et se retrouve à la perpendiculaire... Petite aire de jeux pour les 2-8 ans à proximité aussi. Un petit espace jardin devant, une terrasse un peu plus grande derrière permettant de manger au soleil le midi. 😎 Tout est prévu ou presque : produit vaisselle, pour le sol, savon, capsules pour le lave linge, gel hydroalcoolique et j'en passe. Nombreuses boutiques et restaurants à quelques pas. Par contre loin des hypermarchés à pied (3,5km). Les magasins Spar et Carrefour contact ne sont pas loin mais très chers ! L'accueil a été très cordial. Bref contents de notre petit séjour.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et est dans un endroit calme. L'accès à la plage se fait à pied en quelques minutes via une voie uniquement réservée aux piétons et vélos. Quelques commerces sont disponibles aux alentours également à pied.
