WOW! This is the view you've dreamed of...walking into this home you'll feel like you're on a ship! Situated on a mesa with 180 degree ocean views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Birds fly at your eye level while whales and dolphins play below. The home is a charming cottage style, newly remodeled primary bathroom, large closets, kitchen stocked with all the appliances. Two bedrooms - primary with a CA King and large kids room with a queen bed and two singles. There is a large TV in the kids room and a small one in the primary. There are hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace and an outdoor shower with hot water. You're in the heart of Santa Barbara, 5 minutes to the harbor or State Street shopping and 10 minutes to Montecito. Numerous golf courses, wine tasting in the beautiful San Ynez Valley and world renowned restaurants are all close. Walk to neighborhood parks. The Santa Barbara Zoo, Stearns Wharf, Oceanfront Skateboard Park are just a few of the numerous activities available for the kids. Back at the house, you'll enjoy the BBQ outside and lounging on the brick patio or the chaises on the new large deck! Perhaps best of all is being lulled to sleep to the sound of crashing waves

Wonderful. A top a 60-90 foot bluff overlooking the Pacific. Multiple property and house itself are small. There is more than enough room for two couples and more than enough places to sit outside and enjoy the forever views. Location was near everything..

Absolutely beautiful location and comfortable home. It was spacious, quiet, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect few days away as a family. We arrived during a heat wave, so it was pretty hot. Property did have fans which helped. We all enjoyed lounging on the back decks overlooking the ocean, sometimes in the sun and sometimes in the shade of the big tree. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was space for everyone. We even walked a quick 15 min every morning for smoothies down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay, absolutely gorgeous views, tastefully decorated home, clean, quiet, comfortable, lovely host, easy walk to Mesa steps and the beach. The kids loved searching the tidal pools at low tide, we found starfish, crabs and anemones. Saw dolphins from the deck. Enjoyed biking to nearby Douglas Preserve. Appreciated games available for the kids, and the ping pong table was a bonus. A perfect stay in Santa Barbara, we hope to return!

Gosh, this is quite a disappointing review. And a rating we have never received in 15 plus years of renting our cottage. I’m truly sorry this was your experience. I wish I had known of your dissatisfaction during your stay so we could have rectified any issues. We have just finished repainting, a new roof and window replacement-it is 100% our intention to ensure a 5 star stay for all our guests!

Wonderful location

We have stayed at this property several times and the view is fabulous. We enjoyed watching the sea life, surfers, and waves all day long. The house is very comfortable as is the deck and patio. Would stay here again.

Unbelievable spot!

Cozy cottage on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Spectacular views and great location, with easy access to downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito. Lots of great wineries for day trips. Highly recommend.
