Welcome to one of the finest of California vacation rentals available along the Pacific coast on Miramar Beach.Sleep to the sound of the surf and wake up to take a morning walk along the beach.

Remodeled two-story home with four bedrooms and three baths right on the sand. Turn key, just bring your suitcases. Sleeps seven comfortably. Great room with wood-burning fireplace, beamed ceiling and dining area. Remodeled open galley kitchen totally equipped, two large decks which are great for entertaining, gas grill, gated parking with two assigned spaces and room for guest parking.

Miramar Beach offers spectacular views of the Channel Islands and is one of Santa Barbara's most beautiful and safest beaches! Just minutes from Montecito Village and Coast Village Road.

Right on the beach yet close to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Hiking, surfing, excellent restaurants, and a vibrant downtown area make Santa Barbara a vacation destination of choice!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load the dishwasher and clean any dirty pots and pans. Take your trash up to the trash bins. Do not leave food in the fridge, freezer, or cabinets.
Please put the used towels in the shower or tub if they are damp. All house items, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys, are stored away.
Ensure the pulley stairs are up and secure. The BBQ gas tank is in the off position. All the lights, including the exterior lights, are off. Both house keys are in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Candles, Tiki Torches or Bon Fires allowed. Santa Barbara Fire Department Regulations.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful beach home for a week. We loved being right on the beach with such amazing views... gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, the dramatic, rhythmic, waves and the changing colors of the ocean... all so mesmerizing. The house was very clean, had ample supplies, great parking, and was very comfortable for us. Robin, the host, was extremely responsive, and provided very comprehensive check-in/check-out instructions. We very much appreciated the opportunity to stay at such an amazing location/property.

Perfect Location!!!

This was the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Miramar Beach (it was SO oceanfront it was almost IN the ocean lol) and lovely Montecito and Santa Barbara. Very secure, comfortable and had all the dishes, towels, blankets, etc that one could ever need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and she was very responsive. Fabulous stay!!!

Great meeting place for our family

In spite of several days of rain, we enjoyed walking on the beach, eating great food, and just getting together in the Blue House and appreciating what it has to offer. Everything you could possibly want is provided. The sound of the ocean is so relaxing. We would happily stay here again. Robin is a great host.

Lovely beach vacation!

There's nothing quite like a front row seat to the Pacific Ocean. It was so wonderful to hear the sound of the ocean at night and to wake to the waves in the morning to calm one's nerves. There's no lack of charm in this well appointed family home. We hope to stay there again.

Awesome location right on the surf!

We always wanted to stay in a house right on the ocean and the location was incredibly close literally steps away from the water.Having a home so close to the water, however has its downside with chronic wear and tear on the house. If the house were better maintained, they could certainly charge more rent. I felt however, that it was well worth the money we spent and we really enjoyed our stay there.. The host was great.

Great location, very responsive host

Overall a great stay at the Blue House. The location is wonderful, two dedicated parking spaces plus overflow possibilities was very helpful. Robin was clear and responsive when contacts, and the house was fully stocked with various paper products and just everything we needed. The house is certainly not crisp and 'new', but I think this is sort of par for the course with beach houses. We had a great stay.

Amazing location on beautiful Miramar Beach!

The blue Beach House is a classic 100 year-old Southern California beach house in a stunning and highly desirable location. The sand was our front yard and sleep came easily teach night as the waves gently crashed upon the sand. Every morning and evening we would take long walks along the ocean, both up to the Biltmore and south towards Summerland. And on our final morning we had an amazing breakfast at the Rosewood Miramar just a very short 100 yard walk down the beach. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to return on a regular basis.

Terrific home with everything we needed. Loved it - excellent location. Right on the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable. Fit our whole family easily. Location to everything is excellent. Lovely house on the beach

My family and friends just spent eight relaxing days enjoying the amenities of the house on the beach; barbecues on the roof deck, walks on the beach and not far from downtown Santa Barbara (ten minutes by car). The house has a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook complete meals and a great view of the beach from the large living room windows. There are plenty of beach towels and body boards to use. We look forward to a return visit. Robin was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beach cottage vibes

Our family of 5 plus our daughters’ 2 boyfriends enjoyed our week at this very rustic beach cottage RIGHT on the water in Montecito. An amazing location and having 2 parking spots and a little band of sandy beach out the door was a huge win. It feels like you are on a boat! We enjoyed the roof deck as well at sunset. Fabulous views. The cottage could use a refresh but it was entirely kitted out and had everything we needed. Our host outlined everything clearly. And the 4 beds and baths worked great for the configuration of the family. We thoroughly enjoyed this beach vacation at this special little slice of the California coast.

Perfect beach-side family spot

Spending a week at the Blue Beach House was our family vacation splurge for the year and it was so worth it! The house is right on the water, really well-equipped (even a high chair!), and beloved by the neighbors (we literally had other renters stop us and say they loved staying in the Blue Beach House in the past.) We we’re traveling with another couple, our 2yo and our nanny. So the 2-floor bedroom setup worked out perfectly for our nanny and the other couple to have some privacy (top floor: 2 bedrooms) and our family to have our own space (bottom floor: 2 bedrooms). And there’s a roof deck! Woweee! Not to be missed! Enjoy your stay!

I really enjoyed our week at the Blue Beach House in Montecito!The house was exceptionally well situated, right on the beach but not in the main trafficked areas. I loved how I could just grab a seat on the couch, open the window, and the waves hitting the sand were so near! The sound was soothing; and there was virtually nothing else from civilization nearby. Every night I marveled how nice it was to fall asleep to the gentle, sometimes a bit more boisterous waves on the beach. We definitely took advantage of walking on the sand right from the house!The house itself is a bit rustic, eclectically decorated in a comfy beach style. Nothing ostentatious, and there was a bit of ocean air must in the lower rooms. The owners and other guests obviously use it frequently, as it is stocked with every staple, appliance, beach toy, and furnishing you could want. When it got cold-ish, we fired up the stove. When it was warm…we open the window to the beach. Perfect!Don’t let a little rust on the side of the fridge, or older furniture distract you from this gem of a location. Certainly you could go fancier if that’s your thing, but we thoroughly enjoyed this perfectly comfy little hideaway.

Perfect Beach House Rental!

Spent a week at the Blue Beach House in February during the off season for a romantic getaway with my husband. What a delight! Feels like a European cottage right on the beach. The house is super clean, has all the amenities for beach living, including plenty of towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen set-up for romantic home cooked dinners, with fresh produce from the Santa Barbara farmers market. Was able to tan a little on the deck, even though it was the middle of winter. Woke up to gorgeous sunrise every day, and it's super easy to go for a walk or jog along Miramar beach, right outside the backdoor. There's a stunning ocean front view from the living room and master bedroom. The house is comfy and charming, with a cozy gas log fireplace, lots of great pictures and art on the walls. We felt like we were at a home away from home. There's easy wireless internet, and HD TV. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Totally worth it and highly recommend. You won't regret it!

Beach Cottage

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to take all the advantages of the beach house. . A wonderful location right on the beach near the Miramar Hotel and walking distance to restaurants and shops on Coast Village Rd. Definitely recommend a flashlight if arriving after dark. Best to come in the day time with luggage etc.
