This restored and newly renovated Lake cabin is perfect for a getaway to the North Georgia area.
It has great lake views and a true couple or family getaway! Great for seeing the North Georgia area, lake, Dawsonville outlets, Dahlonega, a family retreat or Corporate event.
This property is located close to Cumming shopping restaurants and the city happenings, restaurants, shopping and theater also close the outdoor activities of North Georgia. 4 bedrooms and has a great dock for sitting, fishing and enjoying the peaceful lake life.. Updated furniture, Large open floor plan, Fabulous, large front porch with swing and room for enjoying the outdoors. Amazing back porch with beautiful lake views. I love this this home has a driveway to the lake, sooooo rare. It's quiet but fun, so convenient for comm uting. You will love the master bedroom and views all along the back. Coffee on the front porch is my favorite. Dinner overlooking the lake is amazing.

We love hanging out with family here!!! I get all our kids and grands in the same room at one time for several days. We swim, boat, hang on the dock and listen to music, we tan, go down the dock slide, we watch movies at night, sit on the front porch and swing with coffee! we sit on the back porch and have dinner, we shoot fireworks in the front yard. We watch deer, and just play, not much computer or cell phones, but there's plenty of service. It's quiet. You feel like you are 100% on vacation

It soooo close to 400, and the highway , the outlet mall, great restaurants, Dawsonville, Downtown Cumming, Dahlonega, the theater, boating., Lake bars and restaurants, a 20 min boat ride to Lake Lanier Islands and super fun restaurants and marina's like Port Royale. It charming, unpretentious, a quiet street with good people, Non-commercial and lots of woods for the kids to play.
