Beautiful 5 bedroom - 4 bath 2400 square foot home just 1.5 miles from downtown Greensboro. There is a TV in each of the 5 bedrooms plus one large 60"TV in the living room and one in the common area upstairs. All of the beds are comfy with all new memory foam mattresses. Pillows and mattresses are covered with zippered waterproof protectors which safeguard against dust mites, bedbugs, and fluids. They create no sound when in use. We have plush towels and toilet paper - unlike most hotels.
Great for large family, sporting events or business trips.
The house is 2400 square ft with 5 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHROOMS.

Bathrooms – There are 4 bathrooms. Each is stocked with toilet paper, guest soaps, shampoo, towels, blow dryers, etc..

Walk to.....
Sunset Hills, a neighborhood just two blocks away from the house, is aglow with lighted, chicken wire balls between Thanksgiving and New Years. Collectively, they turn the neighborhood into a winter wonderland. It is the largest neighborhood light display in the United States. Take a drive or walk down Ridgeway Avenue, Madison Avenue, or any of the Sunset Hills streets between Friendly Avenue and Market Streets and enjoy the view. Be sure to take a few cans of non-perishables. The neighborhood collects cans for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Sunset Hills neighborhood also has tennis/pickleball courts and a playground.
