OASISINTHEDESERTCAVECREEK Please watch video and ask questions! Pool is not heated and is too Cold from mid Oct. to April - Extra fee for pool and Hot Tub use. Sunrise and sunset are breathtaking but Our Location steals show, In the middle of everything, but in a Quiet peaceful area. Remodeled Detached 1100 sq ft Casita (Guest Home) in back of our personal 1.5 acre Resort Like property that is surrounded with 6 ft wall. Ample parking, fully stocked Full Kitchen Detached Guest House! Share with our family the Private 250K Resort like Pool w/ Waterfall and swim up bar seats, for fee. Hot tub needs to be heated nightly.
PLEASE don't book for a whole month. It is better if you msg me. Location 5 miles north of 101, 30 minutes to Lake Pleasant, 1 mile from 2 major Grocery stores, 5 miles to Desert Ridge, 3 Restaurants around corner!! Across Dynamite to Dynamite Arena! We sit in between horse properties. It has a full kitchen with Dishwasher and full size Refrigerator with an Ice Maker, Coffee Maker and Coffee provided. Enjoy all the festivities that Cave Creek or the Phoenix Metro Area. Come enjoy our unique town that has buffalo riding at Buffalo Chip, line dancing at Harolds, hot air balloon riding, horseback riding, hiking or shopping at the outlets in Anthem or Scottsdale Fashion Square. Play Golf at any number of world class facilities or come for Barrett Jackson Auction or Spring Training. After a day exploring, bring wood and sit by the campfire in the very comfortable outdoor seating. Due to Insurance Regulations For Pool use (extra fee) please inquire with age of Guests.
Great South Cave Creek location that is central to everything. Tonto National Forest, Hiking in the Mountains, water-parks, spring training, downtown cave creek with all its great Shops. Restaurants, Phoenix, 30 minutes from Lake Pleasant, less than a mile from grocery shopping, GREAT restaurants. Few miles to Desert ridge, mayo clinic, the 101, and a great location for day trips to Lake Bartlett, Sedona or Flagstaff. Perfect location!

Out of the city is what we wanted for easy access to horseback riding and visiting friends in the area. Lynn and Tom are great hosts and the Casita was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My son and I were n town for an ECNL Soccer Showcase and were so pleased with our stay here! Easy to find with the directions given, and cutest casita ever! Host was amazing to communicate with and was very quick to respond! If we are ever in the area again, we will def stay here for a second time!

Perfect location and beautiful property

Amazing guest home in secluded Cave Creek neighborhood close to everything and yet rural feel. We relaxed between business meetings and day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon and Scottsdale. Very comfortable and inviting. Owners were very hospitable and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Great space!

We were in town visiting family and loved the location — close to lots of great restaurants and just a short drive from many areas of Cave Creek / Phoenix. The pool was super fun and Lynne was a great host. The area was very quiet and the house seemed way more spacious in person. Beds were very comfortable, everything was great. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Warm Accommodations and Host

Wonderful Host with EXCELLENT communication pre-booking and throughout stay. Completely private two bedroom unit separate from main house with easy access in and out and plenty of parking and maneuverability. Large bedrooms with large living and dining areas. Close to all necessities (groceries, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) and several restaurants. Host provided several recommendations as well. Nice hot and cold water, and perfect water pressure for bathing/ showers.

Nov. 20 - 27 visit to AZ

All was good except the inaccurate photo on the internet. It is of THEIR lovely home, pool, patio, and NOT of the casita that we rented! The casita is in the back yard which has a huge RV, junk and dead plants in pots. The patio furniture is copious and fine but sitting on it and looking at the RV and other discarded stuff is NOT exactly an appealing view! Inside the casita there were some things that were only 1/2 dusted but the bathrm., kitchen, and floors were very clean. I WOULD return tho' as the owners were SO very nice and accommodating!

Good location for Mayo Clinic

We stayed here for 2 weeks for a procedure at Mayo Clinic, an easy 18 min drive. The main photo for this listing is really at the owners house, apparently with a fee to use in appropriate months. The living/ kitchen area is a nice space with comfy furniture. There are lots of books, games, movies. The "master" bedroom, a bit of a misnomer, it's a small room, a bit crowded for 2, no bedside table or even a shelf instead, but the bed is comfortable. Prob 1 dressing table would be enough and also give more space. The 2nd room with 2 qn beds is spacious, does not feel cozy , does'nt quite look like the photos. There is a window with black curtains, but much light does not come in, the outside wall is quite close, and there's a building wall right next to the property wall, this is the view from the room. The beds are good, tho the rest of the furniture could do with a little repair and maybe repainted in a light colour as the room is dark. A built in closet in a corner with shelves/hangers would look much better than the metal shelving pc the room has. (Sorry Lynn) Pleasant to sit outside, watch the rabbit, the quails etc Nice having a recycling bin

Thank you for your feedback, I agree a side table would be nice in the small room, but as you can see in the photos, there is not room next to the bed. I wish we could move the wall outside the bedrooms too. A view would be nice, but just not possible. We also are not allowed to put in a closet in the big room,so a portable one is all we can have. I wish you would have told me about the one drawer being off,we would have tried to fix it. And yes, someone stained the top of the table. Glad you enjoyed the porch and all the birds we have. It's fun to watch.

Wonderful cassita!

The cassita is nicely furnished including comfortable beds; it is fully equipped and very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful vistas, and very close to wonderful hiking, yummy restaurants and fun shopping. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

Private and quiet!

Great place for a little getaway that is private and quiet. We needed to be close to Mayo Clinic and this was perfect. The casita is a nice size for a couple or family. The hot tub was extremely clean and we look forward to returning with the kids to use the amazing pool in warmer weather. VRBO host is very responsive and friendly and we enjoyed visiting with her. They also have a great movie selection!

The property was perfect for us. We loved the place, grill and patio, spacious outdoor area, and beautiful pool! Lynn and her husband were great hosts, very friendly, and easy to communicate with. We didn’t rent car but it was easy for us to Uber to grocery stores, hiking, etc. and we also walked places too. Definitely recommend this spot.

Casita in the country

We wanted a cozy place to spend a few days with family and the casita was just the right size for us. Location was close to amenities while being quite and tucked away amongst horse properties.

We are a Chicago born family that decided it was too cold and too many taxes to live in Naperville Any longer. So in spring we decided we would be much happier in the desert. We are not new Renal Owners. We also have a Lake Property that we used to rent out part time but now rent out full-time on Pine Lake in LaPorte, In. (Next to Michigan City). We understand you want a Hotel Like experience with a home property and will do everything we can to make that happen.

Why they chose this property

The Property is 1.5 acre on the Northern Border of Phoenix and Scottsdale (East) and southern border of Beautiful Cave Creek. The Property itself is like being in your own private resort. The Casita needed some renovations (and we did that and expanded it immediately after moving in). It is perfect because everyone gets their privacy. Wonderful area to feel like your away from it all when really your close to everything!

What makes this property unique

Like being in Private Resort. Newly renovated, Stocked full Kitchen. Will provide as many amenities as you wish, including maid service, shopping and cooking for an extra price.
