Visitors with a sense of style will love this swanky, upscale and beautifully renovated two bedroom two bath townhome superbly located in the heart of North Phoenix. The two level townhome boasts a light open and airy feeling with tons of artwork from around the world, a wood fireplace and full washer and dryer. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have and a large, smart flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, comfy linens and soft pillows. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully-stocked with additional small appliances and cooking utensils for whipping up a home cooked meal including plenty of glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Lush plants, lounge furniture and bbq create your own private desert oasis perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or getting a little work done on your laptop (high speed wifi great for our working travelers). An attached two car carport allows for easy access and sun shade for your vehicles. The hot tub and pool area are nearby in this quiet and peaceful complex.

Incredible North Phoenix location with easy access to Desert Ridge Marketplace, Biltmore Fashion Park, Paradise Valley Mall, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Corridor makes this getaway a shopper's paradise. The prime location means that everything is nearby: incredible golf courses, hiking trails, Barrett Jackson, music and event venues, restaurants and wine bars, and much more.

For those spending an extended period of time in the area, this lock-and-leave condo is a good place to use as a base for visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff and Prescott. Nearby freeways 101, I-17 and SR 51 take you anywhere in no time!

We had a great 9 week stay in this lovely townhouse. The amenities are top notch! A well stocked kitchen with quality cooking utensils, large refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, as well as large capacity washer and dryer makes a long stay practically effortless. Large windows let in great light that keep the spirits so positive. Both bathrooms are large and well appointed. The townhouse was clean and in good repair. The surroundings are quiet and serene. The pool is large as is the hot tub and never crowded. All the stores and restaurants you need are within a two mile radius. There is no "big city" feeling but everything you need is close by. This townhouse is a great place to stay for a long period of time or shorter stays. It has everything!
