This is a spacious and confortable apartment located at ground level. Its part of a building that used to be a big house however is now fully independent and with an entrance of its own.
Both Condesa and Chapultepec Park at a walking distance. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, convenience stores and other atractions for you to enjoy.
Soriana supermarket, Hospital Mocel and Juanacatlan subway station all within walking distance.
With Reforma´s financial district one subway station away, and the busy Zona Rosa three stations away, you will be staying at a great location. You may reach Condesa, Roma or Polanco in minutes or riding Chapultepec Park in our complimentary bicycle
