This building is located at the north end of the old town. Only a block away from the Mercado Farmers' Market and next to the Rio Cuale river. The beach is a 15-minute walk through the Romance District, all flat land and no hills. There are numerous restaurants, shops, art galleries and shows close by. Stay close to everything three blocks from the bustle of tourism. There are always fresh breezes right off the river, tons of light and the sounds of an authentic Mexican neighborhood. It is listed asp a Penthouse, but that is really where the experience ends.

The Condo for being new, needs some work. Cupboard doors falling apart, dishwasher that doesn't hold soap, bathroom sink didn't hold water,and a kitchen that wasn't very well stocked with basics. Because it is in a local neighborhood, you have to be willing to hear roosters crow at all hours, dogs constantly barking, and local bars playing their music.

Great Place and area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was in contact to ensure we were settled in ok, and gave some good restaurant recommendations. The place is clean, and great size for 2 people. The roof top pool, BBQ area we used a lot. There are many great restaurants and markets close by which was very nice. Because we are walking, we really appreciated that the terrain is flat! Defnitely recommend staying here.
