Nice heated pool!

We loved this property. Perfect for my daughter and I. Great views, close walk to Malecon and dinning, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. We would stay again!

An ideal location in Centro Puerto Vallarta

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The unit and the entire complex are clean and very well maintained, with lovely gardens and a nice pool. It is walking distance to almost everywhere in the Centro region of Puerto Vallarta, with a set of stairs or an uphill walk for a block on the way home.

Fabulous Retreat

Loved the location - quick walk to the ocean, shopping, and so many great restaurants! This property had everything we were looking for and more (premium housecoats, new slippers & umbrellas if needed, spices etc.) The decor and furniture was so beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we possibly needed. We loved making our own margaritas in the blender and having them in some authentic Mexican glass wear! The best of all was the sunset views, and the beautiful pool and landscaping of the complex - very tropical! I will definitely book again on our next trip to PV.

Nice Condo but Terrible Instructions

We ended up enjoying our stay at the condo but had a terrible experience finding it. The only piece of information provided was an incorrect address which doesn’t exist. I had to write the manager to find out how to check in and he gave me the names of the reception folks. We were dropped off in the dark thinking it was down a set of steep stairs but there is no such address. Luckily a nice neighbor Pointed us to the condo complex. The young man at the reception desk did not speak English but did acknowledge the names we were given did work there. Unfortunately he didn’t recognize the managers name, Oscar, so it took some time to find my name and the correct condo in the reservations. Not a great way to start your vacation. There are no instructions at all in the condo or online which was confusing. Other than that the condo was nice and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Laura, the local contact does not speak English but did stop by to drop a few things off.

Hi fellow travelers, I wanted to share my experience to help you make an informed decision before booking this accommodation. Here are some key points—both the positives and areas where there’s room for improvement: The Positives: The suite has a charming, authentic Vallarta feel that adds to the local experience. The pool area is a peaceful spot to relax when there are no kids! Great location—just a few blocks from the Malecon, making it easy to explore. Areas to Consider: The apartment complex appears to be older, possibly built in the 80s or earlier, which gives it character but also comes with some maintenance issues. During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the door lock. I was locked out late at night and had to force entry. Unfortunately, once inside, I later found myself locked in the suite the next day. I reached out to the host, who acknowledged the issue but wasn’t able to resolve it during my stay. The front desk eventually helped me get the door open, but I was advised not to close it again, leaving it unlocked for the remainder of my visit—a definite security concern. Additionally, a pull string on the ceiling fan came off during my stay. I was later charged $137.82 for this, which was unexpected as I wasn’t consulted beforehand. The walls are quite thin, so you may hear noise from neighboring units. Final Thoughts: While the suite has its charm and the location is excellent, the unresolved security and maintenance issues were a concern.

Apartment agréable

Apartement très agréable, confortable et bien décoré. Bonne collaboration du personnel à la réception et très bonne écoute de Laura, la représentante du propriétaire. Près du Malacon, mais la centaine de marches pour y accéder constitue un exercice physique contraignant, surtout lorsqu'on remonte les marches.

Central Location in a Great Condo

This condo was in a central location close to everything. The condo was beautifully decorated with all of the essentials. The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed the views of the ocean. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous apartment!

The apartment in Puerto Vallarta Cerro is amazing, I stayed for nine nights after Christmas and had a great time and perfect vacation. The community at the complex building is kind and friendly. The administration staff gives outstanding support 24/7. The apartment has perfect dimensions for those traveling alone or as a couple, it is cozy and fully equipped. From the apartment I enjoyed beautiful views of the bay and the typical Vallarta houses on the hill. The apartment is part of a housing complex in perfect condition that offers a fabulous pool and beautiful gardens. The condominium is in a safe area; it can present difficulties for people with reduced mobility to get there walking from the city, but you will always find taxis and uber service. Oscar, the owner, was always in contact with me and answered all my questions before making the reservation and during my stay; there was also a local person who contacted and offered any assistance I may need. Fabuloso apartamento! El apartamento en Puerto Vallarta Cerro es increíble, me quedé nueve noches después de Navidad y pasé ahí el año nuevo. Lo pasé muy bien y fueron unas vacaciones perfectas. La comunidad en el edificio es amable y amigable, saludan cordialmente y están dispuestos a ayudarte, son tranquilos y respetuosos. El personal de administración brinda un excelente servicio las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. El apartamento tiene dimensiones perfectas para quienes viajan solos o en pareja, es acogedor y está totalmente equipado. Desde el apartamento disfruté de hermosas vistas de la bahía y las típicas casas de Vallarta en la colina. El apartamento forma parte de un complejo en perfecto estado que ofrece una fabulosa piscina y hermosos jardines. El condominio está en un área segura; puede presentar dificultades para que las personas con movilidad reducida lleguen caminando desde la ciudad, pero siempre encontrará taxis y uber. Si te gusta andar a pie, puedes llegar al edificio por unas escaleras que conectan con las calles de la ciudad o por otra de las calles algo inclinada. Oscar, el dueño, siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo y respondió todas mis preguntas antes de hacer la reserva y durante mi estadía; También hubo una persona local que me contactó y ofreció cualquier ayuda que pudiera necesitar.
