Great Vacation Home

The house worked well for our group of 10. It is very conveniently located, near the pool and paths to the lake. The kitchen is well outfitted. It has a great sized deck with lots of seating and dining space.

Comfortable stay for 3 families with kids

The house is one of the best we have stayed in throughout years of visiting Wapato Pt. It is spacious, it has all you may need for a week-long stay, from kitchen supplies, to board games, to bedding. It is clean and very comfortable for a party of 3 couples and 4 teenagers (kids stayed in the same room). We would gladly stay in this house again.

Incredible location and amenities

We loved the location of this home on Wapato Point, where we stay annually for a family summer trip. We’ve never been at this home but will surely return. The house is outfitted with everything you need from ample kitchen supplies to a grill, beach towels, and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms and living rooms provided us with room to spread out as a family, the the multiple kids beds were a treat for the kids. Oh, and I didn’t even mention the 180 degree lake views!

The view was fantastic, lots of activities nearby. Walkable to restaurants and groceries.. Hot tub was not really hot, under the sink was filthy causing ants to be all over the counter. my pillow case had blood spots on it.

I can't say enough positives about this property. The house was well stocked. From appliances to dishes/silverware to pots and pans. There were plenty of towels in every bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing with many choices of chairs to choose from on the deck and lower patio. The house is close to the pool. We will be back.

Such a great vacation!

We loved the location, view and amenities of this home. It fit our large family gathering perfectly. There is swimming a few minutes away and an incredible view from the deck. We ran into an issue with the on-site management, not affiliated with Vacasa. They were not very helpful and kept directing us back to Vacasa for help with an issue with the pool keys. That was the only problem we encountered.

Great location not a good house

The location of the house was good, the layout, setup, outsides decks are great. The house is really old on the inside, stove doesn't work well, bathrooms are dated, TV's are from the 90's etc. I'm not sure its worth the price.

The property was awesome. A great house well stocked and set up, good access to pool and lake. We had 3 families of 4 (12 people) kids age 3-8. The kids all shared the bunk room and each couple had a bed room and a bathroom for themselves. The only issue was that our hot water heater had an error (beeping/showing an error/not functioning) on Monday. We contacted vacasa support and they did not manage to get anyone out to look at or fix the situation. So we went without hot water for 3 days until checkout on Wednesday. Good house, good location but poor support/lack of response from vacasa.

What a shame!

Why doesnt the property management company read the reviews and make changes??!! Everything we experienced had been noted in prior comments as problems. First the hot tub doesnt work and the two most recent reviews both state this. They also State that they attempted to reach Vacasa and nobody responded. We had the same experience, called the first night and i was told they would contact me the following day to repair it. No contact. We also send a message thru the app, no response. How can you continue to advertise this as a property with a hot tub when youre aware its not working and have done nothing to repair it? We were assured prior to booking that the hot tub was in fact working & this is one of the reasons we chose this property over others that were lesser in price. We will be filing a BBB complaint. Ridiculous! Second, no hand wash anywhere in the house (have they heard of COVID??). No trash bags, no paper towels or toilet paper. We had 1 tab to run the dishwasher. These are items we had to go out and but ourselves. Again, what poor management. Save your time and rent elsewhere in Wapato. The area and the house itself are great, but the management company ruins the stay & is misleading in whats included. Side note, Id suggest bringing your own cooking pans, knives etc. the ones provided are dirty (propbably bc there is no dish soap for the washer) & is poor shape.

Lake view in Manson

Lovely comfortable home with lots of room for all my family. It was perfect! Beautiful sunrises over looking the lake. Lots to do for everyone. Close to restaurants wineries and grocery store. Looking forward to coming back, soon!

Outstanding Property

We loved everything about this house. Exceptionally clean, well outfitted kitchen which made cooking our meals easy. Lots of towels for everyone to go to the pool and use the hot tub. All the appliances worked perfectly. This was our second time at this property and we will be back!
