You'll have the entire spacious 2nd floor of this brick office building in the best Highlands location, plus a big outdoor rooftop deck all for just you and your guests. The attractive living space features two completely remodeled full baths and new kitchen, a large bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, and 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds. (A full-size air bed is stored on site, and futon sofa in sunroom unfolds into a twin bed so guests have options.)
Step outside the front door, and you are next to a coffee shop, retail, fine dining, bars, and fast food, and just two blocks away from a movie theater, grocery, pubs, and more. Many businesses are open with some Covid-19 restrictions for visitor safety. (Convenient location does come with some street noise.)

Location of the apartment was great. So many eateries and bars nearby that we could walk to and also enjoy the neighborhood. Apartment clean and comfortable. Wayne was a terrific host.
My husband and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. We wanted more space than a hotel room could offer and this turned out to be the perfect choice. Very roomy space, large private deck and close to so many cool spots on Bardstown Road. We will definitely be back!

We were in town for a weekend to do a Bourbon Tour and wanted to stay somewhere with access to some local bars/food. The location is excellent for this as there are many choices within walking distance. This is an upstairs property right on Bardstown Road. You will park and enter from the rear of the building. We felt safe and the place has everything we needed. One thing to know it’s a pretty dated building and the rental reflects that but it was clean and had all we needed for our stay.
Everything as promised in listing. Easy to communicate with. Good neighborhood for restaurants and bars.

I'm so sorry, Ben--our heatwave has been a challenge, but I wish you'd have let us know you were uncomfortable so that the owner could have provided an additional window unit.
This loft is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of extra space to enjoy. A large dining table easily seats 6-8 people. The appliances were all new and allowed us to cook meals and do laundry on site. Both front and back doors have secure entry locks which made us feel safe. Many windows face the Bardstown Road Strip so it is a bit noisy. Parking is off street on a shared driveway. Leslie was very prompt and accommodating when we had any questions or concerns about our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great city with fun things for the entire family, very good restaurants, interesting history and architecture, and (of course) Bourbon Trail for adults. Host was very pleasant and everything was as advertised.
Leslie made the whole process booking, checking in and communication very easy and efficient. The property is exactly as it is advertised and was very comfortable for 6 adults. It is close to lots of bars and restaurants, and a short uber ride away to all other attractions of Louisville
We thoroughly enjoyed our urban haven while in Louisville for the Derby. Our hosts were so gracious and very responsive when we had questions. A Derby gift box awaited us on arrival with Derby themed food/wine gifts.
The location on Bardstown Rd was perfect for local stores, restaurants, bars. Some road noise but earplugs worked great so we could sleep soundly. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 couples - we never even went into the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. We'd certainly stay again.

This property was adorable. Very clean and and spacious. My son and I went to Louisville for a baseball tournament. The only critique is that the night life was in full force - which Leslie explained to us, so it was louder at night. If I had an all adult group heading to Louisville- to enjoy the night life - this is where we would stay.
We were moving our son into an apartment nearby, so thought it would be fun to try this location. It was easy to walk to places to eat- we recommend Ramsi's Cafe and Highland Coffee. The downside of such proximity is the noise from the street at night- if you are a light sleeper, I highly recommend earplugs. The beds were comfortable, we slept well with earplugs and the black out curtains. Leslie was very nice to work with. The kitchen was lovely and seemed nicely stocked, but we only ate breakfast and light meals. Huge washer/dryer!
We have been coming to Louisville for years for the same hockey tournament. The unit we rented was amazing with a warm reception by the owners/managers of the property. We had plenty of room even to spread out as grown men and the kitchen and bathrooms were amazing!!! Unfortunately we only used the spacious back deck for one night before rain coming in. Cannot wait to be back and stay here again!!!!

This is a really nice property with a great location. Easy to walk to the many offerings Bardstown Rd. has to offer. Leslie, was great to deal with and rolled with the hiccups we had in our trip. Would definitely stay there again.
