ACCESSIBILITY:

PARKING:
▻ 2 off street parking spaces (one gated, one visitor space). Upon arrival, guests can conveniently collect parking passes from the kitchen counter. Prior to check-in, you'll receive codes for both pedestrian and parking gates.

ENTERING THE HOME:
▻ The Home is Accessed Via Self Check-In Using a Smart Lock with a Unique Code Per Guest

PETS:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Pet fee is $100 for the first dog and $25 for the second. Pet fee does not cover damages caused by your pets. Please keep pets off of the furniture and do not let them potty on the patios. You'll need to walk them down to the courtyard on a leash for potty breaks. Poo bags are provided for cleanup.

GUEST POLICY:
▻ You Can Have People Over But Please Ask Us Beforehand
Only guests included in the reservation and pre-authorized by the host are permitted to enter the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
