Ski In Newly Refinished Condo ON THE RIVER. Stunning location near Main Street

Tannenbaum by the River is an ideal location in Breckenridge
Nestled in a wooded forest, this condo is right next to the Blue River. Feel the true Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony with the river running just below you.
Very convenient location to both the town and ski slopes. Walk or ski down to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area.
To enjoy a quick lunch break just ski across the bridge by the Marriott and walk in to your condo. If shopping or nightlife are what you are interested in, it is a 3 minute walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.
You will enjoy the convenience of this first floor unit with super close parking. One parking spot provided. The 1300 square foot unit is larger than most 2 bedroom condos in Breckenridge. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils, as well as a 6-8 person table( with leaf). Three additional kitchen countertop seats provide extra seating for guests.
The living area is kept warm and cozy with an expansive fireplace and 2 plush sofas and one reclining chair. Relax and enjoy a cable TV or DVD movie on the new 42 inch flat screen TV. Or just snuggle up with some cocoa and watch the mesmerizing river below.
When it comes to sleeping, there are two Queen beds in each bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Summit County only allows 8 people to stay in a 2 bedroom condo at this time. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and large flat screen tv. A third full bathroom allows for an efficient way for everyone to get ready in the morning.
Additionally there is seasonal access to the new Columbine Recreation Center with an outdoor heated pool, 4 oversized hot tubs and changing rooms.
The Tannenbaum complex is located in south Breckenridge with access to the free Breckenridge Shuttle one block away. The famous Breckenridge troll (see pics) is just up the street by the ice rink. Maggie pond is just down the hill if paddle boarding is of interest. Amazing mountain biking , fly fishing and horseback riding all in your backyard!

We loved the condo! Great location, quiet and just a short walk to the Base of Peak 9 and downtown. The kitchen has all the amenities, and the rooms are nice and big. Comfy beds and plenty of blankets. The unit has humidifiers as well, a must during the winter. We will stay here again on our next trip to Breck!

Great Family trip

This place was perfect for our family. Very clean and so cozy with the fireplace. Having 3 bathrooms was such a bonus with two teens. It was relaxing being able to have our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the river. Such a great location being next to the river and a short walk to town! Would definitely come back here again!

We just came home from our vacation to Breckenridge and this rental provided everything we hoped and more with LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION a topping the list of a fantastic ski trip! We loved our 2 minute walk through the woods to our rental equipment and then the base of Peak 9!

Christmas Ski trip

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, older property. Very nice view out back windows. location. Short walk to QuickSilver lift. Maybe half mile walk to heart of main st. Breckenridge town is very nice.

Great spot by the river and the lift

We had a great time. There is a beautiful view off the back porch. There is a nice grilling area with a deck. And it's a short walk to the Maggie and quick silver lyft. Hope to come back soon!

Great Location!

We had a great stay and loved that we could walk to our ski rental place and go right to the top of peak 7. The hot tubs were fun and we also walked downtown multiple times. The only bad thing I can say is there are very little food delivery services.

Best Place to Stay in Breckenridge

The condo is located on the first floor of the complex and right on the Blue River. It’s so nice to have the door and windows open to the fresh air and the sound of the river flowing. The condo has everything you need. We will definitely book this condo again!

Ideal location within walking distance to the base of Peak 9, restaurants and stores. Nick is extremely responsive and truly cares about making your experience the best it can be. Only feedback is that the washer and dryer are located in the building next store, but it is a 50 second walk and apparently the norm in Breckenridge.

Beautiful Location

The property was great and met all of our needs. The scenery with the river in the back is beautiful. The only drawback is the access to the lift is a pretty good hike. During our stay the lift times were usually pretty long from this location and there wasn't easy access to other lifts, but once you got up on the mountain, we were able to use other lifts and had a great time.

Great Location

This is our second time this summer staying in this condo. We love the location right on the Blue River, and you can hear the water from the condo with the balcony door open. It’s so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the river and forest. Hiking trails are right outside and a short 10 minute walk is Main Street with shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you need. We will be back!

Family Getaway

Our visit to Breckenridge was great and our stay at Nick’s place was great too! The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was spacious and comfortable. Our walk to the Peak 9 lift took about 10 minutes while hauling all of our gear. The fireplace was nice to sit next to at night after a long day on the slopes. We definitely recommend this rental!

Great location for town and skiing

Location was a very simple walk into the entire Main Street areas, so more food choices than you really need. If you don’t go out, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans and even spices. Super simple walk to peak 9 superchair. Quick responses from the manager. All in all what you want for a snowboarding/ski vacation for a reasonable price.

Great condo near the slopes

The condo was as described, very clean and well furnished. Some nice touches included comfy throw blankets, and humidifiers available for guest use. The kitchen had essentials and more. We were 2 families of 4 (8 people total) and were not overly crowded. It's been renovated and so the kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, etc. are in great condition. Nick has a really nice place and we had no significant issues.

Exactly as described. Clean, close to town easy to walk. Walking distance to quick sliver. Truly beautiful property. Fit 6 people comfortably! Nick went above and beyond, he is a super host! Quick easy check in and out. As well as quick and concise communication. We will be back! The only draw back was walking to the hot tub in the snow hah!

Great Location - Walking distance to Peak 9

Overall, our stay was excellent, and the property itself is as advertised. However, there were no instructions about the location of the hot tub/pool area or how to access it from our rental. (The hot tub would have been great for after our long skiing days). It was highly inconvenient to transport an additional vehicle to an offsite parking area 20 minutes away. It would be great if 2 parking passes were aloud since the unit holds 10 people.

Colorado suite close to town

We had a very nice visit to Breckenridge. The condo is spacious for families with 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and 3 full bathrooms. The patio overlooks a beautiful creek and we saw an otter and a fox. The condo is very walkable to town, shopping and breweries. The only disappointment we had is that the listing says "ski in". This isnt a true ski in/ski out and is a bit if a hike to the Quicksilver lift with skis. Multiple people do it in the area, but its jut not what we expected for the description. The pool and hot tub are across the street as well. Overall, the condo is very nice, with pretty views, but still a bit of walk to skiing. Thank yiu!
