Enjoy the summer fun at happy Hampton beach. $850 per week. This 2-Bedroom cottage (Duplex) is close to the attractions and walking distance to the sand. Well-maintained and clean (owner lives on-site), you'll find this to be the perfect getaway from the summer city heat. Just down J Street from McGuirk's Restaurant and four blocks south of the Casino. Be in the middle of all the actions while being just far enough away.

Great location

It was my first time staying at this location and I loved how close the boardwalk was a few min walk n your on the beach met a group that stay ever year and made our stay more comfortable just being around relaxed people so glad they were not kids partying only grip I had was there was not enough outlets for everyone's cell phones but definitely stay again regardless of the outlet shortage

Best vacation ever

It was a very nice place to stay. It was close to the beach, and the people were very friendly and helpful. I needed a propane tank for the grill, they provided one. I had a problem with the grill, they bought a new one. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Would absolutely stay again!

amazing set-up and location! Clean and pleasant area, wonderful neighborhood and simple check in process. Unfortunately, cable box wire was torn and the electric tape melted. It was retaped once, and we have cable but it melted again about 30 minutes later and never had anyone come back after calling. Also, the wifi doesn't work well in the cottage we had. We didn't let neither ruin our vacation, but both were advertised for the cottage and a little disappointed by the communication. Otherwise, we would absolutely return with my friends and family, and they are even interested in the other property with us! There's a beautiful little area, another home with more rooms. Just great other than the internet/cable frustrations.

Great location, J street located right in the middle of walking distance to shops on both ends.

The weather was great and the house was very spacious . The big screen TV was very nice and the cable service was great, plenty of channels to watch.

good times

nice little place. the only negatives were the cable kept cutting out because the wire was broken and the cable box was hanging by a wire. the internet was extremely weak to non exisistant but i dont blame them for that. the toilet was pressure locked and the rod was broken so the toilet wouldn't flush by the handle until i went, bought, and fixed the handle myself only because i was scared of getting blamed and overcharged. In fairness to them i did not ask.Tom was a nice guy and I would recommend this to friends. see ya next year
