Loved the view, cabin inside was clean other than gooey sticky coffee on the bottom of the pot. Also said no pets but definitely had been a pet in there. My husband has severe animal allergies and sneezed and wheezed constantly when inside. Hammock outside was disgustingly filthy. Also table and chairs had not been cleaned.
Quiet and serene neighborhood with a beautiful view. Wonderful kitchen. Not suitable for more people. Easy to drive to Kings Beach and shopping. It's a gem!
It’s was cool experience and the unit was clean and comfortable.

Awesome Lakeview!
To begin, we had a hard time locating the property at night. We were confused thinking the house main door off the street was our entrance. But the house is divided into 2, the main floor and sub floor. You have to go down the steps off to the left side of the house where you will find a sliding door into the unit. the checkin process Is a breeze. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. The house ceiling is on the lower end FYI. The bath tub is slightly elevated, leaving you exactly 6ft before you hit the ceiling. This made it awkward to shower. Outside on the balcony lies a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe. All-in-all, it was a pleasant stay, minus the low bathroom tub ceiling.
My husband and loved our stay! Great location! View was spectacular! Had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed King Beach area for dining and the beach. Highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat
The view from the property was beautiful and the condo neighborhood was quiet and private. Only a few minutes drive to town and the beach. The house seemed dirty though, floors and carpets needed to be swept. We didn't spend much time there except to sleep.
Perfectly located to hikes, restaurants, and music! Everything we came for. And a view that can't be beat.

Pictures of this property are decieving ? Bedroom
in the bedroom you also have open tub shower, washer/dryer, toliet in closed cubby hole just big enough for the stool. Vanity with sink out in bedroom; Door to suite would not lock easily. Couches very uncomfortable. 10 steps down to suite! Ugh ! Only saving grace was the beautiful view
Unbelievable views of Lake Tahoe. This place is perfect for two people. We had four adults and with one bathroom located in the one bedroom was a little tight. I would definitely come back with two adults! The owners are responsive and kind.
The cottage was super cute and very comfortable for the two of us. The view of the lake was breathtaking! Everything in the cottage was new and well apportioned. I may need to by a new coffee maker now LOL.
My only criticism would be the family above the cottage, not really them, more the floor/ceiling. They were not "loud" but every footstep or movement could be heard below.

Why they chose this property
Incline Village/Crystal Bay has been our vacation spot for many years. When the opportunity arose to own this home with such a beautiful view, we moved on it. Our enthusiasm took us down the path to do a complete remodel of the retreat. Our touches were designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. We consider this gem as a generational vacation home.
What makes this property unique
We love the morning sunrises. Topping over the mountain peaks the sun glistens down on the lake, bringing tranquility and anticipation to the day.
