Newly remodeled, handicap accessible overlooking pool , play area

Completely remodeled in May 2022. Three bedroom two bath, located in beautiful Golden Pond Resort, master bedroom with two queen beds, second bedroom one queen bed, and third bedroom with one queen bed.
Large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and barn doors accessing washer and dryer. A wraparound deck that overlooks in-ground pool, tennis court, sand volleyball, and play area for kids. A rear screened in porch to enjoy dinner including a gas grill.

Amenities: all new appliances including dishwasher, New HVAC, Wi-Fi with 65 inch smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee pot, high chair, kids dishes, griddle, and crockpot. Fire pit and handicap accessible with ramps.

Located only 3 miles to Conely Bottom a full service marina, with plenty of parking for your boat and trailer.
Monticello is only 10 minutes away with a super Walmart for shopping and several restaurants for your dinning pleasure.
For additional shopping and dinning, Somerset is just 25 Minutes away. For car buffs we have the summer nights cruise, every 4th Saturday, April through October. You will also find a waterpark as well as a operating drive in theater.

Lake Cumberland may be the big draw, but for those into hiking, Cumberland falls is about 45 minutes away with organized trails as well as the famous moon bow.
The scenery alone is worth the drive.

The house had comfortable furniture and was nicely decorated. It was very clean! We also enjoyed the screened-in back porch. We liked that it was located within three miles of Conley Bottom.

Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with this property. The house was impeccable and has been recently updated. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. The location was perfect- the amenities were right outside the front and our children enjoyed playing in the pool, the basketball court, and on the playground. It was also conveniently located to Conley Bottom where we rented a boat for the day. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice home that met the description on VRBO.

Newly remodeled and had plenty of room for our family of 4. It was stocked with your standard housewares. Location was convenient for access to our boat slip at Conley Bottom. First time on this part of the lake and will certainly return.
