Perfectly located house in Ann Arbor's west side with private parking! Just steps to The Big House (7 min walk) and all of the fun of downtown Ann Arbor (15 min walk to main street restaurants/Art Fair). Enjoy premium mattresses, TVs with various apps (Netflix, Showtime), and sleek furnishings. The large, eat-in kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The private backyard (with a grill) is great for game days! No more than one PET (dogs only) allowed at a time with a FEE.
