Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher but do not start it. Our housekeepers will do this upon arrival
Please place all personal trash in a trash can. Remove and dispose of any leftover food or beverages from the cabinet and fridge. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All pets must stay off of the beds and furniture. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning costs as a result of their pets.
There is no use of illegal drugs at this home. Smoking weed must be done outside and it must be kept outside the home.
No parties or social gatherings are allowed. Inviting guests over that are not part of the reservation is not allowed.
