Parking was on a steep incline, room was clean but small, outdoor area nice in spots and ramshackle in others. Coffee pot up high and could not see any of the control buttons. The rate was 200 for a night for a bed and bathroom. I would have preferred a hotel room or full house at that price. It was quaint and convenient to the shops, but surrounded by a few run down properties. Parking for my van was not easy as it was hard to open my doors without hitting overgrown bushes/trees. They stated the city does not like on street parking.

Their attention to detail was exceptional. Beautiful little place with plenty of character. Around the corner from all shops in uptown. 5-10 minute ride to almost all trailheads. Loved it here!

No frills, but perfect for us. The place was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and most important it was a short walk to uptown Sedona. No need to worry about parking. You can literally see Snoopy Rock as you walk down the street. We had a very nice stay and would book this place again.

I need to start with Alexa. We were not familiar, but she was a delight - even if she could not find Chopin for us. So instead? Ocean waves all night.The property is no larger than a hotel room, but had all we needed. It was quiet, and in a great location. And the bed? More comfortable than ours at home.
