Description:
House located in the heart of a quiet village.
8 km of Salagou and the hiking trail "The balconies of Soumont" joining a tour of the paths of Saint-Jean de Compostela
The house can accommodate you during holidays or long weekends. It consists of two separate areas.
A sleeping area with three bedrooms (master bedroom with a bed 160x200, comfortable, two children rooms can accommodate 3 people each (one with a sofa bed (bedding)), and a bathroom with shower. Ability to add a cot in one of three rooms.
One day space (new and modern) consisting of an air-conditioned dining area (open plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer ....), mezzanine (small internet TV corner) a bathroom with bath and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
A shaded courtyard with bread oven of the village and barbecue area, children's corner with a small cabin.
Geographic location:
35 minutes from Montpellier,
40 minutes from the beaches to the south,
40 minutes north of the Millau Viaduct.
Leisure and activities:
Like the pool: Clermont l'Hérault Aquatic Centre, Swimming pool Lodeve, Lunas Leisure Centre.
You love nature, hiking, mountain bike riding, hiking, water ..... nearby Circuses delight you and Mourèze Navacelles, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert, La Couvertoirade, Salagou lake, caves Clamouse and Demoiselles, etc ..
Like the beach, you'll be there in 40 minutes.
Like cultural and nightlife, numerous festivals venues.
