Why they chose this property

Old Irving neighborhood is a hidden gem in Chicago. We have large lots, lots of large trees and foliage, well-paved streets, schools and churches, lots of dogs, and a mix of residents: both long-time and families just getting started. It is safe, neighborly, with eateries, shopping and a new bike lane all the way down Milwaukee, so you can ride downtown and into active neighborhoods.
