Great little apartment within walking distance to the United Center. It was very clean and up-to-date. There are multiple steps to get into the building and parking area, but the host left a nice YouTube video to walk you through all of the steps. Wi-Fi was down while we were there, but we got in late after the show and left early, so it was no problem at all. Great host, very responsive!

Great location, close to United Center. Our host was super and was able to help me when I couldn't follow the instructions (lol). Wish I could have had a longer stay.

Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago.

Unit was newly remodeled. Beds were great and kitchen was perfect. Liked the soap in the showers. Marked two stars for cleanliness because of cat litter smell, dampness and black mold. This is most likely not normal for this nice unit but possibly caused by recent heavy rainfall in Chicagoland area and because it’s a basement unit not a ground floor unit. I would label all the doors in the back and put lock boxes in the back so you don’t have to walk around the whole block to get to this unit. The gate to secure the parking lot was broken open. Host was very apologetic and communicative.

Check in information was not given to me till almost 2 hours after check-in time. I stood an hour outside, calling several numbers to get check-in information. I had to send information that I had already sent twice to other phone numbers, several more times to other phone . Once I got it, I then had to go through the process of calling back again because the keys to the property are locked behind a fence and the manager had no clue. The access to the back parking lot where the gate is, is also a nightmare. The back door then decided not to work once we were finally into the apartment, so the only way to have access to our car, was to go out the front of the building and walk around the block, down the dark alley to the back of the property in the evening if you need to grab something out of your car like a phone charger that was left behind or something. On top of that, the bathroom drains don’t work properly so you are not able to take a bath. One bathroom, there is mushrooms growing out of the shower. It also leaks water all over the floor. Place smells of wet basement and mildew/mold.They also provide earplugs, but failed to put in the listing that the property has so much noise. You quite literally cannot sleep. They provide the cheapest pair of ear plug you can find. It needs some fresh paint as well. The kitchen and main area is very cute as well as even the main bathroom. Everything else from there is awful. I do not recommend this place on any level.
