The villa is in pristine condition! Unlike many vacation rentals, Villa Toscana is not occupied by the host. The closets and dressers are available for our guests.

This home sleeps up to 14 guests in five bedrooms. Each king suite has a Sealy Hybrid Performance mattress, while the remaining beds feature memory foam.

The tranquil master suite has a four-poster king bed, patio access, and a 65” TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and water closet.

The second bedroom has a king bed, 48” TV, and direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed, 48” TV, and direct patio access. The third en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The oversized fourth bedroom has a queen Murphy bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a wet bar -- ideal as a bridal party suite. A full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed round out the fifth bedroom.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and the laundry room has a salon-style setup and professional appliances -- perfect for in-home hair and makeup.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The sprawling yard has a lush lawn and beautiful gardens. Perfect for outdoor games and children to run around.
