The Hidden Vineyard Estate is ideally located right off Temecula Wine Country's popular Rancho Cal Wine Trail. This home is close to it all. Less then 10 minutes from all the wineries, several under 2 minutes away! Only 10 minutes from the City of Temecula, Pechanga Casino Resort, and Old Town Temecula.
We can accommodate parties from 2 up to 20 guests. The pricing shown is for up to 12 guests and then there is additional guest fee for up to 20 guests.
The main home of the estate is over 6000sqft with 5 bedrooms (2 Master Suites) and 7 baths. There are 4 (including main floor master suite)main floor bedrooms each with private luxury en suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is additional Master Suite with Private Family Room, Fireplace and Balcony located on the second floor. The 1st floor of the Main Home includes a Pool Table Room with Bar Area and Cigar Chairs. Enter into the back of the home to the Dreamy Chef Kitchen with Commercial Grade Cooking Appliances such as gas cook top, double ovens, double dishwasher, microwave, built in fridge and more! Kitchen does open to the Great Room so that everyone can entertain together! Great Room is complete with two large leather sofa's & super comfortable sofa chairs. The Formal Dining Room sets the stage with great views of the back of the property where you over look the pool and vineyards!
Each Bedroom is a private suite with brand new Cal King Beds and linens all decorated tastefully with comfort in mind! All of the bathrooms are constructed with travertine stone & granite and all the finest fixtures.
Stay like Royalty in the Main Floor Master Suite as the En Suite Bathroom was fit for a King & Queen with the jetted tub that can fit two and in Suite Sauna, the walk in Rain Shower is for sure one you will miss when you leave! The Main Floor Master Suite also offers it's own direct access to the back patio to take in all the views that Hidden Vineyard Estate has to offer.
Travel up the wooden stairs with custom wrought iron banister to the 2nd Family Room with additional TV on our extra large sectional couch! There is also a private balcony off the Movie Screening Room to step out and gaze over Hidden Vineyards private Vineyard or some of the local winery views.
Venture out to the back of the home to our all custom paver patio complete with outdoor dining tables that seat up to 12 people, outdoor couch set seating up to 8, and bistro set off the Main Master Suite that seats 2. Enter into our gated pool area where the pool deck offers lounging & tables. From this lounging area you over look Carter Estates Vineyard, the top of Lormiar Winery and South Coast in the distance. While others can take a dip in our refreshing pool or a soak in our jacuzzi. Also don't forget in our 2 car attached garage to the home we do have an outdoor pingpong table that you can set up to play in the garage or breezeway!
For Groups that want need additional private rooms we can offer our Guest Home located over our 4 garage workshop/garage. The Guest Home close to 1500 sqft and sleeps a 4 additional people Max. The Guest Home is an additional charge if adding to the Main House Stay. It is accessed thru the workshop and upstairs. It is very well appointed with fully equipped kitchen with freezer, fridge, cooktop/oven, and microwave. There is seating at the granite counter top for 2, table for 2 and then a living room area with a love seat & 2 chairs & TV. There is 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a twin size bed and we also have an additional twin size bed that is a roll out folding bed. This room also has a small office nook. You do pass thru bedroom #1 to enter into Bedroom #2 which is the Master Suite. The Master Suite of the Guest House does have a Cal King Bed with TV. The Guest can sleep 2 people comfortably. All the furnishings, beds, linens, and accessories are brand new! If you are renting the Main House and include the Guest House with your stay then the Guest House does have full pool privileges. If choose to only rent the Main House then only the Main House has the pool/spa privileges. The Hidden Vineyard Estate is just that, surrounded by all the great Temecula Vineyards around, almost every window you look out from Main or Guest Home all you see is miles and miles of grapes!! The Hidden Vineyard Estate is very private and for a moment you could totally feel as if there is no one but you and those you choose to share the estate with around!
