Traditional Breton house, 5 minutes from the beach, near Saint Brieuc, Binic-Etables sur Mer, St Quay Portrieux. 50 minutes from Cap Fréhel.
The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob), wood stove.
Closed courtyard with wooden terrace, ideal for naps and barbecues.
Private parking space.
1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x190, 1 sofa bed.
Possibility of a cleaning fee of 80 € at the end of the stay.
Linen rental from 25 € per person.

Deuxième séjour et toujours parfait.Communication facile et logement idéal pour notre grand week-end près de Saint-Brieuc.Proche des restaurants du Port du Légué et de nombreux commerces. La côte est accessible rapidement.

Hébergement temporaire de qualité !

Très bon séjour de deux semaines. Environnement calme et petite cour agréable. A 10 minutes des plages en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours ! Très bons échanges avec les différents intervenants. 2 belles chambres, un grand salon. Hébergement qui peut donc être recommandé sans souci ! Nb1 : le réfrigérateur est tout petit, ce qui obligera une famille prenant ses repas régulièrement à la maison à faire des courses très fréquemment (heureusement, hypermarché et marchés très proches en voiture). Nb1 : l'escalier pour monter à l'étage est assez raide (si mobilité réduite)

Belles pièces de vie, terrasse agréable, proche de tous commerces en voitures et proches de la plage en voiture(à peine 10 min), accueil plus qu'agreable, nous avons pu découvrir un petit bout de Bretagne 😊

gezellig vakantiehuisje

Gezellig huisje met een tof tuintje! We vonden het vooral heel handig dat het bereikbaar was met openbaar vervoer (bushalte om de hoek, station in st brieuc) en toch dicht bij het strand lag ook. Wij raden zeker plage Martin aan. Jessica, die het huisje voor ons kwam opendoen, was ook heel vriendelijk!

Très bon séjour !

Belle maison bien équipée et joliment décorée, pièce de vie et chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bains appréciables à 5 ! Au calme et proche des commodités. Plages et belles balades à proximité.
