A large, quiet house, a 3-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.

House with its own INTERNET connection. Very good free wifi. Spacious of 140 m2 of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Ideally located in Val André between the port of Dahouet the large beach of Val André and the small family beach of Pissot. In a very quiet area, 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the city centre of the SPA MARIN, shops, water activities, the port, the casino YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT: SHOPPING AND BEACHES. Bakery, fresh fish from the fishermen, a mini-market at 500 open continuously until 10 p.m., restaurants at the port of Dahouet 5 minutes walk. Three weekly markets, Pleneuf, Val André and Dahouet. Very spacious for 12 people, the house is larger than it appears on the photo (140 m2), bright, very well exposed, very well equipped, very pleasant to live in, beautiful terrace, on an enclosed plot of 700 m2. Private parking for 3 cars and garage. . A large car park 20 m from the house. From the house direct access to the customs paths, the GR 34 and other hiking trails. Port of Dahouet at 500m and lake. Ideal for visiting Northern Brittany from Paimpol to Mont Saint Michel. Nearby the Cap D'Erquy, Fréhel, with the Chateau de Fort La latte, Dinan miédiévale city 20 minutes away, Saint Malo 35 minutes away, Mont Saint Michel 1h15 minutes away, not to mention the island of Bréhat from Erquy or Paimpol. <br>Only 1 dog allowed with extra charge, 20 euros Fully enclosed land: fence and hedges.

The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and located well for the beach, town centre but also close to the countryside with an abundance of good cycling routes, many off road on good surfaces. Very good restaurants nearby.

La maison est plutôt bien équipée. Si j'avais quelque chose à redire, peut être une entente à linge plus grande pour mettre dans le logement car l'hiver cela ne sèche pas dans le sous sol.Ils sont très réactif quand il y a besoin. Merci à vous.

La maison est idéalement située au calme, tout en étant à proximité du port du Dahouet et du sentier côtier. Le jardin est clos ce qui est rassurant quand il y a un jeune enfant ainsi qu'un chien. La maison est fonctionnelle et convient parfaitement à une famille (nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et arrangeants, soucieux du confort de leurs locataires. Je recommande ce logement pour un weekend ou des vacances à Pleneuf val André.

Maison atypique bien agréable

L'accueil par les propriétaires et les échanges avant ou pendant notre séjour ont été vivement appréciés. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison très agréable par son côté atypique, sa luminosité, sa cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle et autres et sa bonne literie. La terrasse et le jardin bien entretenu sont aussi très agréables. Notre petit chien a pu y gambader à loisir. Proche des commerçants, de la mer, du GR34 la voiture peut rester au repos en attendant les excursions qui ne manquent pas.Nous sommes déjà en train de réfléchir à quand nous pourrons y retourner. Nous recommandons vivement !

Maison idéale pour les vacances

La maison est très bien située, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, assez grande pour que nous soyons à l’aise avec enfants et amis. Tout y est facile, ce qui a beaucoup contribué au succès de nos vacances. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment et en toute simplicité par M et Mme Le Couster. Nous recommandons cette maison et y reviendrons certainement.

Très bon séjour

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la plage. Propriétaires très accueillants. Grand jardin clôturé. La maison est spacieuse. Un petit point d'amélioration serait l'aménagement de la salle de bain à l'étage (prévoir un rideau de douche par exemple).

L' appréciation sur la propreté m' interpelle car le ménage est toujours fait par la même professionnelle, et sur le site abritel la maison apparait dans les locations très appréciées par leur propreté. Après avoir fait tant d 'éloges sur la maison en me disant que c'est ``une bonne adresse à conserver ", ce commentaire que je découvre à ma grande surprise 8 jours après la fin de la location est lâche et non constructif.
