La maison est plutôt bien équipée. Si j'avais quelque chose à redire, peut être une entente à linge plus grande pour mettre dans le logement car l'hiver cela ne sèche pas dans le sous sol.Ils sont très réactif quand il y a besoin. Merci à vous.

La maison est idéalement située au calme, tout en étant à proximité du port du Dahouet et du sentier côtier. Le jardin est clos ce qui est rassurant quand il y a un jeune enfant ainsi qu'un chien. La maison est fonctionnelle et convient parfaitement à une famille (nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et arrangeants, soucieux du confort de leurs locataires. Je recommande ce logement pour un weekend ou des vacances à Pleneuf val André.

Maison atypique bien agréable

L'accueil par les propriétaires et les échanges avant ou pendant notre séjour ont été vivement appréciés. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison très agréable par son côté atypique, sa luminosité, sa cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle et autres et sa bonne literie. La terrasse et le jardin bien entretenu sont aussi très agréables. Notre petit chien a pu y gambader à loisir. Proche des commerçants, de la mer, du GR34 la voiture peut rester au repos en attendant les excursions qui ne manquent pas.Nous sommes déjà en train de réfléchir à quand nous pourrons y retourner. Nous recommandons vivement !

La maison est très bien située, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, assez grande pour que nous soyons à l’aise avec enfants et amis. Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la plage. Propriétaires très accueillants. Grand jardin clôturé. La maison est spacieuse. Un petit point d'amélioration serait l'aménagement de la salle de bain à l'étage (prévoir un rideau de douche par exemple).

Maison très bien située, dans un quartier calme et à 5mn a pied de 2 plages, du port et des commerces de proximité. Elle est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, un bel et grand espace ouvert: cuisine, salle à manger, salon. Très bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à bois pivotant, le bois était mis à disposition gratuitement. Ce qui est rare. La côte est magnifique, de très belles balades à faire à pied à partir de la maison. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir garer 3 voitures dans la propriété. Que des points positifs. Location d un bon rapport qualité prix que nous ne pouvons que recommander auprès de propriétaires très accueillants Mr et Mme André Tanguy

Les proprietaires sont accueillants. La maison est propre, grande, confortable, tres bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et equipees en placard ou armoire. Les matelas sont tres confortables. La maison est tres bien située dans un quartier tres calme, a 5mn a pied des commerces du port de Dahouet ou de la rue commerçante du Val André. La plage egalement a 5 mn a pied. On peut ainsi tout faire a pied donc pas de problème de parking. A partir de la maison on accede a pied au chemin de randonnée du GR 34. Tres belles balades à faire En résumé c est une excellente location.

Agreables vacances

C est la 3 ème fois que nous venons dans cette location. Nous retrouvons a chaque fois la maison et le jardin tres bien entretenus. Nous appprecions la grande terrasse bien exposée et entourée de fleurs. Nous adorons le port de Dahouet a 5 mn a pied ainsi que la plage du Pissot et les chemin des douaniers Nous recommandons fortement cette location
