Perfect for two families!!

Four Bedroom Condo located directly across from Stratton Village where you have a short walk to the village, base lodge, and lifts. You can park your car in the heated garage of the building. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops and spa all located in the village.

Condo details- Living room with large sectional couch, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Dining table seats 10 and kitchen counter with four stools. There is a comfortable seating area with two large chairs in the kitchen area. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space.

Master Suite has a king size bed, flat screen tv, with a full bath. Guest bedroom with a queen size bed. The first bunk room has two sets of twin bunkbeds and sleeps four. The Guest bedroom and first bunk room share a full hall bathroom. Second bunk room has one set of twin bunk beds and a second set with a full bed under a twin and sleeps five. This bunk room has it's own full bath.

Balcony with access from living room offers great mountain views, and a perfect viewing spot for the New Year's Eve fireworks.

Shuttle available to base lodge and ice skating on pond right located steps away from condo.

Access to owners lounge in lobby of building, game room, exercise room, and large double jacuzzi. Other amenities: private ski locker and wireless internet.

Amazing Family Vacation at Stratton

Our family had an amazing time at this well appointed and clean condo which is within walking distance of the Stratton village and base lodge. We utilized all of the amenities including the hot tub/ pool, fitness center, outdoor grills, ice skating, restaurants, the village market, garage parking and shops. Thank you to our hosts. They were more than accommodating and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful well appointed condo

This was a lovely condo with plenty of room for 2 large family’s. The living space gave us plenty of room to sit and play board games or just relax after a day on the slopes. The large dining table was perfect for our meals and the patio looks right over the open area and ice skating pond. The indoor parking garage was a great which made unloading and loading a breeze. The storage lockers were an added plus so as to not have to carry heavy ski boots up and down to the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, stemware, pots/pans, bowls, Tupperware, utensils , knives and spices. The condo was well supplied with towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. They even provided detergent for the washing machine which was very nice! There was shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom. The condo was located across the street from the village and mountain which was very convenient going back and forth. The condo also has a shuttle service which brings you right to the mountain if you you choose not to walk. Amy, the owner, was extremely attentive to every question we had and made checking in a pleasure. I highly recommend this condo.
