Beach Access Retreat_2 Bd, 2 Ba, Walk to the Beach
Newly REMODELED with added HOT TUB!
Located just one block away (less than a two-minute walk) from our beautiful beach and just a short walk along the sand away from the main pier area.
The house has beautiful dark wood flooring throughout and a great design with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops and an adjacent great room living space and dining room.
The Primary Bedroom has a California King-sized bed with large-screen television and ceiling fan. It’s equipped with a newly remodeled bathroom featuring double sinks, and a large shower and has loads of closet space.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a full closet, and has easy access to the shared full bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, and a rain head shower.
The patio area has a private hot tub, outdoor dining, barbecue, fire table, and also a seating area for relaxation while taking in the gorgeous beach climate.
Very centrally located a short distance from the beach and has easy access to a variety of local markets, coffee houses, and dozens of restaurants and bars.
PETS_We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.
Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog and we will send you a request for that fee before your arrival date.
We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.

Our property not only offers access to amazing beaches but also offers privacy in the main living areas and also in the oversized patio area, and it is a clean, understated getaway with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage-style house with open beam ceilings, and two single-car garages and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.
