San Clemente’s “signature” palm-covered umbrellas line San Clemente State Beach (.2 miles away - walking distance), providing a sense of tropical serenity to your visit as you relax in the shade. Volleyball nets and fire-pits for roasting marshmallows add to this beach’s charm. Be sure to take a walk along the historic San Clemente Pier where you will see fishermen casting their nets and if lucky, you’ll spot some dolphins or whales. Grab some clam chowder while at the base of the pier or stop by Fisherman’s Restaurant. Great surfing at this beach is a given. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or on the pier, but there are great walking trails for Fido all along the beach. (See San Clemente Coastal Trail - directions) While on the walking trail, keep your eyes open for hidden painted rocks, painted by local artists! You might also find these hidden gems in Downtown San Clemente (see directions), the quintessential California beach town!

SAN CLEMENTE COASTAL WALKING TRAIL
Just head toward the pier (0.2 miles away) and there is a trail adjacent to the train tracks that extends 2.3 miles (about a mile in each direction from the pier) along the San Clemente Coast. This is a relatively flat trail and beautiful coastal views can be seen for the entirety of the walk making it one of our favorite San Clemente walking trails.

Fabulous top floor ocean view unit

This fabulous top floor ocean view unit really has the wow factor. We had a wonderful stay as the location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The convenience of having an equipped kitchen and garage parking made our stay all the more relaxing. Kevin responded promptly to all our questions and pointed out the rooftop deck which is perfect for enjoying the sunset.

Perfect Location! Ocean View!

We stayed here when visiting our son at Camp Pendleton and it was perfect! I didn't realize the view would be as great as it was! Also was walking distance to the pier and beach and just a quick 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants -super close to the outlets! The second bathroom came in really handy and the space was a great size! Great communication with the owner who made check in and out a breeze! Will come back!

Wonderful vacation next to San Clemente pier

This is a lovely property - spacious, airy, comfortable, with very thoughtful touches. Property is super clean and well managed. Location is hard to beat - right next to the pier, beautiful views of the pier and sunset. Communication with the owner is super easy, and quick.

Amazing Property

This property exceeded our expectations. The view from Unit E was amazing. You could see the pier so clearly and sunsets from the top deck were breathtaking. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the appliances. We will stay again.

Beautiful San Clemente Stay

Loved this comfortable property! Upon opening the front door you are immediately greeted by an expansive view of the Pacific and the pier!!!A brief walk up a hill from the ocean and beach this apartment is perfectly situated Within an easy .04 mile walk are shops and restaurants You will have a nice balcony to enjoy the view; it has nice sitting for gorgeous subsets. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Comfortable sofas and a great king sized bed. Hosts are great communicators Wonderful place to stay during your San Clemente visit!!

Killer View

First thing you'll notice when you walk in the door is the amazing view of the Pacific. Property was very clean. Communication with managers was excellent. Unit is within a short walking distance to the San Clemente Pier and the Del Mar shopping district. In addition, San Clemente has a free city shuttle (by pier) that can take you to other areas in SC that are not within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months during February and March of 2023 and the rental over exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, right up until the very last evening the place was incredible. Best view in Orange County from a balcony and the neighborhood could not be beat for peacefulness while still being young and active. The short 30 second walk down to the beach made this place a REAL GEM! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long or short stay. The WIFI was AMAZING!!!!!!! Thanks again to the owners and thanks for the bottle of wine that was a real treat🙏

Perfect apartment and view

Clear instructions were provided for our arrival. Happy to have a garage for parking, though there was street parking available in a very safe neighborhood. Upon entry, we were greatly impressed with the view of the beach and pier. The temperature was perfectly beachy and the windows allowed for view and breeze. We were able to catch a movie in the family room. The smart TV has lots of options, and one is available in each bedroom. The bed/bedding was comfortable and spacious. Shower felt wonderful. Kitchen well equipped with necessary tools. I would have used the crockpot and cookbook if I wasn't wanting to try local restaurants. Beach necessities (towels, chairs, umbrellas, mats, toys, and wagon) provided for use. The walk to the beach is easily less than 5 min down hill, where there is the pier, crepes, coffee, ice cream, and convenience store. We will gladly return to this property in the future. We loved our stay.

The unit is within walking distance of just about everywhere. It’s less than 5 minutes to the beach, Pier, coffee shops, the Amtrak train station (an easy ride to San Diego) and restaurants & shops on Del Mar Street. // The unit has an attached garage with a laundry machine (uses quarters). Guests can park 2 cars on the property - one inside the garage & one in the driveway (in front of first car). Please remember to close the garage door after you park your car. There is also free street parking.
