The expansive, open living area has plenty of seating with a couch, which doubles a queen sofa sleeper, and 4 matching armchairs with plush pillows for entertaining or watching the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 8 and additional seating at the bar for 4. The spacious modern kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a large pantry, basic pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Just down the hall is a guest room (BR1) with two Twin beds, nightstands and a closet. The hall bath has a vanity and tub/shower combination which is shared with the bedroom and guests. The downstairs master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, bench at the foot of the bed, nightstands, closet, chest and accent chair. The large master ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a large walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Across the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer and folding counter. Guests have use of the small garage where the charcoal grill and beach chairs/toys are kept. At the top of the stairs, on the second level is a game room, that can double as a bedroom with 2 couches, one which folds out to a queen sofa sleeper, 2 fold-out sleeper chairs and wall-mounted TV. There is also a desk for those who need to check on work from home or kids with distance learning assignments to complete. Guest room 3 (BR3) has two Queen beds and a luggage rack. Guest room 4 (BR4) has 2 sets of custom-built Twin over Full bunk beds and closet. The second level has one shared bathroom with double vanities and a separate shower/tub. The third level loft area serves as Guest room 5 (BR5) with a queen bed, a bathroom with double vanity, separated from the tile tub/shower. This floor also offers a deck with breathtaking views. The third floor consists of a small bedroom with a Full bed, nightstand and ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tile pebble shower with a glass door. This bedroom has its own private balcony to escape to. Plenty of parking in a large driveway and small garage for 4 vehicles and watercraft.
