Great place to stay

Sharon and Ken were great hosts. They were quick to reply with any questions we had. This place is cozy, clean, and comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in patio was great, relaxing. This place is not far from attractions, grocery stores and, good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Truly an Oasis!

My husband and I enjoyed four weeks submerged in a nautical environment! Truly, Sharon and Ken have infused their appreciation of the sea into their home, and it is lovely. It offered everything that we needed,and.more!The lanai is special too. Sharon and Ken were interesting folks, kind, and helpful. We are glad that we rented this house!

The house was perfect for our week long stay. Everything was clean and well taken care off. Check in couldn't be easier. The owners were the perfect amount of available yet hands off. Lovely Home

This vacation rental is clean and comfortable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need while visiting the sites, like beach towels & bag, umbrellas, and disposable picnic supplies. If you're planning to make a homemade meal, the kitchen has everything needed to do that. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the home was perfect for our family of four. The community is safe and quiet and we enjoyed cooling off in the community pool after a long day of playing tourist. Communication with the hosts was great, and they really put a lot of thought into what they provide their guests in their home. This is a nice place to stay in if you're visiting the Orlando area.

Two Week Winter Escape

Being our first time renting through VRBO, my wife and I were a little apprehensive about our property selection. Once we checked in, our concerns melted away. We were very comfortable and felt quite at home. The kitchen provided for all our needs and everything worked perfectly! With many restaurants in the area and activities from Disney to golf, there was much to do in the area. A day trip to the coast was easily within reach. We would have loved to have spent more time in the large lanai, if not for the cooler than expected weather. WiFi was perfect for remote work during our stay. Thanks to Sharon and Ken for the use of their home.

Property was very clean. Bedding could use some updates. Close to grocery and restaurants. half hour away from Disney. Definitely need car rental to get to anything. Would recommend for a couple or family of 4.

Why they chose this property

Welcome. You have come to the right place to relax. You will appreciate our family resort lifestyle community, located only 25 minutes from Disney World Parks, along with many great restaurants and all the attractions you have come to Florida for.

You will be resting comfortably in our 2 bedroom home. The Master Suite is fitted with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and also has a private bathroom. If your group wishes to have the twins slid together for a double two person bed, that is always a possibility as well.

Enjoy a dip in the year around heated swimming pool. This is a great place to refresh after a busy day from Orlando's attractions.

What makes this property unique

We are close to all the major attractions, the finest that Florida has to offer.

The fun begins with the first day you arrive. You will enjoy exploring the community and having the feeling of safety in our family resort style environment.

Going to the main street Hwy 27 heading south will take you to many stores and restaurants for your family's desires.

If you head north and go to US Hwy 192 there you will find every restaurant imaginable from popular fast foods to elegant sit down affairs.

The grocery stores and Walmart and other quick pick up items from a dollar store or local thrifts are all within minutes of leaving the community.

There are several local churches for your spiritual renewal while on vacation from home.
We personally attend Cornerstone Baptist Church on Hwy 27. Google it and join us for 1 of 2 morning services.

For those who want to explore Florida beaches, those are day trips for family memory making as well. You dream it, google it, and Florida has it.
