From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen’s drug store.

This condo has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (Year 2020). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 50 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
Why rent a cramped hotel room when you can rent your own personal condominium? The unit is completely renovated and sleeps up to 6 people, with in suite laundry. Be one of the first to rent out our beautiful condo.

Mini Vacation

Came down for a cheer competition. My husband, our two daughters, our pup, and I were able to stay here comfortably. Pool was in walking distance. Restaurant were also within walking distance. Will stay again. The apartment is in a dead zone for T-Mobile but my husband and I enjoyed the quiet. The WiFi definitely helped.

Easy stay, exactly as described

This was a perfect place to stay for our purpose. Close to our family for a quick visit including our dog. Very clean, safe, everything we needed for our short stay. Beautiful place on a great location

This home is very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. It’s located a short drive away from Disney (approximately 7miles away). Very happy with the accommodations. I highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

Nice property, plenty of room, convenient location. Very close to grocery, restaurants and only a few exits up from Disney. The pool area is also nice. I would recommend a car.

This place was great the unit was clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer the pool and hot tub was great. They had everything in there we needed did not have to bring anything they even had beach towels. It is very big unit and I would stay here again thanks

The place to be

Great experience, great location, wonderful pool. We have stayed in several different units at Tuscana and this one was the cleanest one that we have ever had. My wife and I left it as when we left today. But I would recommend this place to anyone with or without a family Who wants a central location with plenty of good food, entertainment proximity to Disney and Universall.

Great vacation condo!

This is our third stay at the condo, and it was lovely as always! We didn't spend a lot of time using the amenities like we usually do because we crammed in as much Disney time as we could! It is very close to all of the hot spots in Orlando, and it is a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice floor plan; floors were dirty, which was interesting because shoes are not allowed in the condo; no garbage disposal; clogged kitchen sink; dryer did not work correctly (the gentleman I spoke to about the dryer was responsive and helpful); stating ‘recently renovated’ is false advertising … that’s on VRBO.

Great Condo

This property was amazing. It was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The pool was beautiful and it was a great place to relax. The restaurant and bar were a great addition and the food was good. The condo is about 20 minutes from Universal and 10 minutes from Disney. Overall, it was a great place and would recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect place and location for golfers and Disney visitors

My husband and I had a short visit to golf a few days and visit Disney. This accommodation was perfect. Very clean with everything we needed. Communication with the owner Mark couldn’t have been better. He was quick to answer any questions. Thank you again Mark for being a wonderful host 😊

Great place in a great location!

Very clean and well-maintained. It is minutes to Disney, Seaworld, Universal. The amenities are excellent and a short walk away. This condo has all of the basics. You just need to bring food, toiletries, and clothes. The owners are great and always get back to you quickly. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment

The property is in great conditions, the neighborhood is quiet and the pool is great. There is a cafe in the pool where you can order food and drinks. No phone signal in the unit!

Verizon does not work in this unit. So I spent the week sitting in my car or at Starbucks conducting business. The host blamed Verizon or my phone. I took an hour of time to go to Verizon to get my brand new iPhone reset. Still no signal. I stayed for a week between residences so had lots of calls to make. This was a horrible stay because of the phone situation. Beware!

Five days in Davenport

By and large the unit was very clean. Because the grounds keeping staff don't keep the walkways between the units clean, it's extremely easy to track in debris. The A/C's filter was extremely dirty but there were new ones available to replace it with. The sliding door to the screened in porch doesn't positively lock. When more supplies were requested the person taking care of us was very responsive.

Beautiful, Relaxing, & Better than Expected

This place is so well taken care of & maintained. The pool area is gorgeous and the condo itself was immaculate. We could have stayed at the condo the whole time and would have had a great time, but we also went to Disney which was only about 10 min. from there. It was great to come back to the condo after a full day at Disney World. Plus, the food at the restaurant was great! There are only a few things I would note: there is no longer a game room which the kids were a bit bummed about. Also, we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. I expected to need some things, but I assumed these would be provided. All in all, not a big deal and there is a grocery store right down the road. Also, we did not have any issues with it being loud or hearing others through the walls, but it was also not very crowded while we were there. We felt very happy to find this place and would definitely come again!

Not good

Okay for family not for friends trip. Getting in and out through the gate is a hassle..and if it rains..the entrance floods for days 6 inches and they don't do anything. Owners instructions are very harsh..they want to charge you for everything..even if you sneeze...and if there evidence..they want to charge you it seems like that. They said gate access cards are provided..but they are not..and it's a struggle getting in and out of community.. They say pool towels are provided at the pool but when you go to the pool they treat you like you don't belong since it's airbnb or vrbo and will not give you towels. No cell phone signal in the room..so you have to leave the condo to make a call. TV service quality is horrible..shit Not worth the price! Other than that all is good.
