Location is excellent on the East side of town on half an acre lot. Private environment with birds chirping, deer grazing, rabbits nesting.....Mountain views from your deck and canal trails down the road. Pilot Butte hiking trail with views of the city and glorious mountains steps away!

What makes this property unique

We purchased the Chalet style home because of its unique features, neighborhood, lot size and proximity to everything.......

The entire house is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Because each bedroom has its own bathroom (which is not common in older homes), we decided to rent our guest room. It has a private entrance and deck and very secure.
