Charming cottage on the way to the City of Carcassonne (45 minutes walk), in a small fenced property. Very close to the city center and all shops and amenities, 15 minutes drive from the Cathar Castles, near the Caves of Limousis, Gouffre de Cabrespine. Near the Australian Park, the Arborétum.
You can refresh yourself at the Lac de la Cavayère where activities are proposed (forest acrobatic course, water ski, wake, paddle, water-jump)
At an hour from the sea, Pyrenees, Perthus, the Principality of Andorra.
It comprises on the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining area all 40 m2, SB and WC.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, single bed, adjoining a bathroom and 1 dressing room.
