Enjoy spectacular 180 degree views of the Chesapeake Bay on this 4 bedroom waterfront home situated on a private treed lot with trees atop a 75 ft. cliff overlooking Southern Maryland's Western Shore. The private neighborhood, called Scientists Cliffs, is surrounded by a nature preserve that is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located about 1 hour from Washington, DC, 45 minutes from Annapolis, 25 minutes from Solomon's Island.

Why they chose this property

Easy drive from Washington, DC. We have been coming here with my family since I was a little kid and we were happy to share that happy experience with our children. Love the private neighborhood and quiet beach. The bayfront view from the cliff is amazing - the pictures don't do it justice!
