The property has all that a family or large group needs for a completely immersive entertainment experience. With a private swimming pool, luxurious bedroom furnishings, themed kids rooms, game room, and a theater room, you can spend a whole day relaxing or having fun. With 4,000+ sq. ft. to share with your family or group coupled with the pool deck, this home holds up to 20+ guests. The home is also hypoallergenic with limited carpeting in the home and a ceiling fan in each bedroom to aide fresh airflow throughout the home. The home is a short walk from the state-of the art clubhouse at Windsor at Westside. What a great place for families to share!

The game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action! Feeling competitive? Up for some games? Here you can find arcade games, foosball, Marvel Air Hockey, Ping-pong, an XBOX station with a large screen TV, and an additional large flat screen TV for watching your favorite movies or sports.

The pool area is where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air, and the refreshing pool water. There are sun loungers and a spillover spa for complete relaxation, sun loungers to top off your complete relaxation and a table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. For added safety, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your needs from stainless steel appliances, to a toaster and a coffee maker.

The home has a spacious open floor plan and sits on one of the best lots in Windsor at Westside. The dining area has seating for 16 where bellies are made full and memories are sure to be created. The breakfast bar also has 4 amazing bar stools to accommodate more family time together.

By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 120" projector screen complete with theater-like seating, complete state of the art surround sound system, and subwoofer.

Upstairs there is a huge underwater immersive experience themed kids bedroom complete with hand-painted orcas, lifelike water effects, LED lighting, and other underwater amazement. There is also an amazing custom-built Minions themed bedroom complete with custom LED lighting.

The perfect vacation home near disney!!!

This house is beautiful! So many bedrooms! The patio area with the pool, hot tub, grill, and outside seating was perfect! The kids loved the themed rooms, arcade game, and ping pong table! The clubhouse is awesome! Best of all was the host and her team were quick and helpful responses! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend, and looking forward to another visit very very soon :)

My time at Casa Bella

Where do I even start? Even before I arrived at the property, I felt incredibly welcomed. The host maintained excellent communication, always ready to assist via text or call whenever I needed anything. The house was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space and tasteful decor. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, making wonderful memories. I am definitely eager to book this place again in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Disney/Universal family trip May 2022

We had a great time on our trip using this home for our group of 10. Private beds/baths for the adults, lots of space for our kids. The pool was SAFE with the fencing in place which was huge for us, the slider has an additional security latch as well as the standard lock so getting on the patio was limited to the adults which was another layer of safety with the pool. The hot tub and pool water was nice and warm- and the location of this property was fantastic. We walked to the clubhouse/pool area every day that we weren't at a park. Overall I would highly recommend and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you LISA for all the quick and detailed communication as well. Best, Jake

My stay at Casa Bella vacation villa

The home is lovely, very modern & bright w/plenty of cookware, serving items & towels. The owner was very responsive when I reached out during my stay. My only bad experience is the roaches that came out in the kitchen area(I’m cringing) service was immediately sent out, twice but such a nasty issue in a beautiful home. And I get it may have been left frm prior guest but maybe sum time should be taken to exterminate aft each guest before renting to next family. We covered our foods right away & before storing & immediately washed off with bleach to keep them away. I could’ve let it ruin my trip but wit Covid-19 ruining so much we chose to do our best to keep up gd spirits for our family & kids. Other than that a lovely spacious home to stay in!!!❤️

Casa Bella near Disney was AMAZING!!!

The best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at period. This house is amazing and the service is just as impressive!!! You can't go wrong with this house. It's exactly like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Tons of games for the kids. The game room was a big hit with my crew. Huge oversized pool deck with pool and spa. We had a multiple week stay and couldn't have asked for a better place. The owner also checked in a few times to make sure things were good, which we appreciated. We will definitely rent again.

Casa Bella near Disney is PERFECT!!!

This home was more than amazing! My family and friends really enjoyed this home!!! Awesome location! Super convenient to Disney Parks and Universal! Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The owners’ attention to detail really makes this house stand out!!! Incredible luxury furnishings and at the same time the house has a very comfortable vibe! Perfect to put you in vacation mode!! And your family will have the most fun ever!! We played ping pong, air hockey, watched our favorite sports games, took selfies with our kids favorite marvel characters, and played arcade games in the game room that welcomes you as you walk in!! We loved the theater with movie theater seating and when we finished a movie we could enjoy the game room, dine at the in the huge dining space, play some of the board games, or go to the private pool!! All the kids loved the Xbox in the game room as well!! The adults relaxed poolside in the spa while the little ones enjoyed the pool!!! So many fun places to be together in this house and enough space to spread out too!! We could retire to one of the many king suites while the kids played in either of the themed bedrooms complete with huge underwater immersive experience complete with hand-painted Orcas, lifelike water effects, LED lighting, and an amazing custom-built Minions themed bedroom complete with custom LED lighting!!! This house really has everything you need for the perfect vacation!! The owners were awesome and the Management staff was so attentive!!
