The pool temp was great. There was a problem that caused the pool to be unusable and we could not reach the property manager but the owner was available to expedite the repair.Great house for our family of 10 and I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Cleanliness of the villa was excellent. All the rooms were really spacious and the beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. All relevant information for the booking was received in a timely manner and was easily understood including instructions for checking in and out. Location of the villa is excellent with really good views over the lake, and the development is very well looked after.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and just as described. There were 16 of us in our group and we hade plenty of room! Will definitely consider staying here again if ever visiting the area again with our group!

Lots of room.

Enjoyed our stay. House had lots of space to roam around. Pool was great and the pool for the community was very nice. Only complaint it was little far from the attractions.

The location of Windsor at Westside is around 20 minutes to Disney animal kingdom, and there are few vacation communities less than 10-15 minutes away and due to Zoning none currently nearer to Universal. Our homes on Formosa Gardens and Emerald Island are a little bit closer being 3 miles from Disney

Make a wish week

Great stay for the extended family during grandsons make a wish week at Disney. House was beautiful. Plenty of room for 11 adults. Hot tub could have been hot but over all a great stay!

To explain - As with the majority of pools/spas in vacation homes they work on the basis of whilst one is heating the other isn’t - this gives more heat to the spa to bring it up to temperature. The spa is operated by a timer dial to enable alternate usage of pool or spa to maintain optimum filtration and heat
