In a quiet residence close to the beach and shops, F2 type apartment with air conditioning equipped for 4 people located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It consists of an entrance, separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, a separate toilet, living room (pull-out sofa bed), a loggia with garden furniture. Residence with electric barrier. You can park in the driveways of the residence.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
- A pet is welcome: an extra charge of €18 per week will apply for their stay.

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
