This is a Saturday turnover property from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 3-night minimum during the off-season. Property located at the end of the building, on top level with elevator access, and community pool. Marina front master bedroom with King, 2nd bedroom with Queen and 3rd bedroom with pyramid bunk (Double on bottom, Twin on top) and regular bunk (2 Twins). The unit has covered parking (not for trailers), 4 flat screen LED smart TVs, ceiling fan, stereo speakers throughout, Foosball table, new stainless-steel appliances, and covered deck with bar height furniture to maximize view. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum, one covered spot underneath building and other uncovered in-front. View of marina and charter fishing fleet. Walk to ship store, Blue Water and Tiki Hut.

Super condo with amazing marina view

This place was clean, very well stocked, with a great kitchen with all the bells and whistles, up to date appliances and terrific balcony overlooking the marina. Our family group from 4 years to 74 years enjoyed this condo, highly recommended!

Clean & quality

Kitchen well stocked with quality pots, pans, etc. & appliances. Furniture and beds comfortable. The grounds are well kept with a nice swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball & picnic shelter. Security was excellent and rounded regularly. Unfortunately the heater for the Hot tub was not working. The ice maker stopped dispensing ice. Maintenance came and changed the filter that needed replacing but never came back to finish the job after 2 calls. It would have been nice if house keeping would have made up the top bunk beds. The whirlpool tub could have been cleaner. The porch furniture needed to be wiped down. We had great fishing trips on The Virginia Dare with Captain Marcus and Evan. They were awesome with assisting our sons who had little fishing experience. Our fault for not researching about there not being an area to swim or a beach within walking distance.

Easy and clean

It was a nice easy stay here. The pool comes in handy and being on the third floor, so did the elevator when carrying groceries or our luggage. It’s close enough to plenty of beaches and restaurants.

The property is beautiful, from the pool to the view to the interior design. The check-in process was so easy and we were provided with a lot of great suggestions of where to eat and explore. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! We will definitely be back!

Harbor front

Had a very nice vacation here, sat every morning & evening on the porch overlooking the harbor. The accommodations were comfortable (although there could be more seating in the living room) and the kitchen well supplied. We took umbrage with the elevator as it was slow and hot. Overall we would stay again.

Fishing trip

Clean, new, fix 6 guys well. Plenty of room. TV access was a challenge as was the complicated stove. Could use a chair the queen room. Basic herbs and spices would have been helpful.

Beautiful place

Very scenic, beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and clean. Master-bedroom overlooks pier and if you are a light sleeper, can get a bit noisy as the boats leave around sunrise. Also pack a sleep mask as the room brightens with the sun in the morning. Otherwise a perfect place to stay with a family!

Outer Banks in Manteo

Very nice property. All amenities in top floor condo very nice. New appliances. Large screen TVs. Lots of space in rooms. Easy drive to beach. Bike path into Manteo that has plenty of restaurants and stores. Just know that there is no bike path to Nags Head and beaches. Short drive to main beaches. Excellent restaurant and tiki bar on property is only a few minutes walk.
